🚨 PREVENTABLE: Ryan O'Shea was 21 years old. He was a college hockey captain who interned with the NYPD and dreamed of wearing the badge.
He was killed on Connecticut's I-91 when a pickup truck going the WRONG WAY hit his car head-on.
State police identified the driver as Guillermo Carmona-Lopez, a Mexican national. DHS says he was removed from the country in 2013, got a FINAL ORDER of removal, and came back anyway.
DHS called it "a completely avoidable tragedy."
Ryan should be alive. Enforce the law.
