A HELPING HAND: Rundu Rural Constituency councillor Paulus Mbangu has donated N$5,000 to Martha Ndjamba (33), whose determination to provide for her four children moved people after a Namibian Sun post showed her carrying discarded cans to sell at a scrap yard. The mother of four has since secured employment as a domestic worker, while a good Samaritan has pledged to help facilitate the registration of two of her children who remain undocumented, including her four-month-old daughter.
