Out of state, Soros-backed groups have declared open season on Missouriโs Constitution.
A vote for Amendment 4 is a vote to protect our values, our Constitution and our stateโs future.
I hope you will join me in voting YES on Amendment 4 on August 4th.
Youโve got House help! #moleg
The Rep. from Taney (me) had an injury from the softball tourney. For the past week Iโve worn tennis shoes while healing. The minority party (knowing this) still point of ordered my footwear. I took my shoe off to show that the injury is still the reason for tennis shoes. #moleg

Rep. @RepSeitz156 just gave one of the best floor speeches I've heard in a long time on the topic of the General Assembly punting on dealing with big issues.

Thank you @RepSeitz156 and Rep. Holly Jones for sponsoring HBโs 1667 & 2294 โ and the Missouri House for voting 103-40 to approve it โ to require that a baby who survives an abortion must be given the same care as any other child born alive.
Now, the Missouri Senate has to pass this bill and send it to the governor for his signature!

If any teacher in the Missouri public school system encouraged students to actively walk out of class, in a form of protest against law enforcement protecting the sovereignty of our nation, those teachers should be fired and lose any future benefits.
I have been, and always will be, a firm supporter of our law enforcement community. In a world that is exceedingly hostile towards those in law enforcement, we must continue to show those who serve how much they mean to us.
THANK YOU for all that you do!
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. - Isaiah 9:6
Merry Christmas! Celebrate Jesus!
Enjoy the day, and be thankful for what you have: health, family, friends and salvation found in Christ alone. It is my continued honor to serve the citizens of Missouri. God bless and Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank to the almost 100 people who attended our fundraiser last night in Branson!
I appreciate @RepSeitz156 for helping promote the event & Iโm thankful to Rep. Whaley for participating in an impromptu legislative Q&A with us.
Itโs an honor to serve as your Senator! #moleg
Now, more than ever, it is important to understand the history, significance and lasting impact of our Constitution.
We need a renewed effort in our schools, and in the home, to teach our children the importance of our Nationโs highest document. Happy Constitution Day!

.@RepSeitz156 and I are proud to say that we have the FIRST (that we know of) #America250 mural painted in Missouri, right here in our districts!
Thank you to the City of Hollister for their patriotism and celebration of our country!
On this day of remembrance, we mourn & remember the loss of those who were attacked by terrorists on Sept. 11, 2001.
Now, yesterday, will be the day we โRemember Charlie Kirk.โ Two tragedies, one an attack on America, one an attack on a favored son. God please heal our nation.

I sat down with Olivia Hayes of @ABC17News earlier today to discuss the assassination of @charliekirk11, the current state of violent rhetoric and action in politics, and what we must do to move forward.
We cannot be silent. We cannot timidly retreat in the face of adversity. We must, like Charlie himself, continue to boldly proclaim truth, preach the gospel and advocate for the good.
My fear has turned into resilience. My pain into persistence. My uncertainty into action.
โThe further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those who speak it.โ

My prayers are with Charlie Kirk, his family and the many people at the event during this horrific violent attack.
Violence due to a difference in beliefs is NEVER acceptable and I hope the shooter experiences swift and full justice.

From this day forward, in the great state of Missouri, survivors of childhood sexual abuse and trafficking will no longer be silenced by NDAs. Future NDAs will not be judicially enforceable in a dispute involving childhood sexual abuse and/or trafficking and shall be VOID!
This applies to civil disputes arising on or after August 28, 2025, and it also protects victims by allowing their information to remain confidential.
Thank you to the courageous representatives, senators, survivors, and advocates who helped pass Treyโs Law in Missouri. Thanks to your tireless efforts, Missouri will now stand on the side of survivors and no longer protect perpetrators and liable institutions.
A special thank you to our bill authors @RepSeitz156 and Senator @brad_hudson_. Youโve made Missouri safer for kids!
