Out of state, Soros-backed groups have declared open season on Missouriโs Constitution.
A vote for Amendment 4 is a vote to protect our values, our Constitution and our stateโs future.
I hope you will join me in voting YES on Amendment 4 on August 4th.

Thank you @RepSeitz156 and Rep. Holly Jones for sponsoring HBโs 1667 & 2294 โ and the Missouri House for voting 103-40 to approve it โ to require that a baby who survives an abortion must be given the same care as any other child born alive.
Now, the Missouri Senate has to pass this bill and send it to the governor for his signature!

I sat down with Olivia Hayes of @ABC17News earlier today to discuss the assassination of @charliekirk11, the current state of violent rhetoric and action in politics, and what we must do to move forward.
We cannot be silent. We cannot timidly retreat in the face of adversity. We must, like Charlie himself, continue to boldly proclaim truth, preach the gospel and advocate for the good.
My fear has turned into resilience. My pain into persistence. My uncertainty into action.

From this day forward, in the great state of Missouri, survivors of childhood sexual abuse and trafficking will no longer be silenced by NDAs. Future NDAs will not be judicially enforceable in a dispute involving childhood sexual abuse and/or trafficking and shall be VOID!
This applies to civil disputes arising on or after August 28, 2025, and it also protects victims by allowing their information to remain confidential.
Thank you to the courageous representatives, senators, survivors, and advocates who helped pass Treyโs Law in Missouri. Thanks to your tireless efforts, Missouri will now stand on the side of survivors and no longer protect perpetrators and liable institutions.
A special thank you to our bill authors @RepSeitz156 and Senator @brad_hudson_. Youโve made Missouri safer for kids!

Missouri - Itโs official!
Yesterday, @GovMikeKehoe signed #TreysLaw into law as part of SB81, a sweeping public safety bill originally authored by Sen. @KurtisGregory51. As of August 28, 2025, survivors of child sexual abuse in Missouri will no longer be legally silenced by predatory NDAs.
A special thank you to Sen. @brad_hudson_, and @RepSeitz156 for all your work in getting this important legislation over the finish line. You have made Missouri a safer place for kids and all citizens!
