🚨 JUST IN: 🇺🇸 The Pentagon is preparing every major base on US soil to survive 90 days completely cut off from the outside world. Europe tells its citizens to prepare for 3 days. No grid power. No outside fuel. No outside water. No supply chains. Microgrids. Giant battery banks. Portable nuclear reactors. Stockpiles of fuel, munitions, critical minerals and medicine. They call it FORTRESS. (Fox News) Here's what most people will miss 👇 In 2017, Army bases were told to plan for 14 days without the grid. Now it's 90. You don't prepare for three months of darkness unless you expect three months of darkness. The official reason: "The next conflict will likely be fought on multiple fronts." Maybe. But look at what they're actually preparing for: → The civilian grid gone → Water systems gone → Global trade gone → On American soil → For months That's not a battle plan. That's a reset plan. And they're not the only ones: → Zuckerberg: a 5,000 sq ft underground shelter with its own food and energy → OpenAI's co-founder: "We're definitely going to build a bunker before we release AGI" → A luxury missile-silo bunker: 5 years of food per resident You get 3 days. They get years. So what takes down every grid at once? Not a missile. The Sun. 1859: the Carrington Event sets telegraph lines sparking worldwide. 1989: one solar storm blacks out 6 million people in Quebec. Today: Earth's magnetic shield is ~9% weaker than 200 years ago, and its weak spot keeps growing. Switzerland saw it coming decades ago. Alpine fortresses. A shelter place for every resident, by law, since 1963. Sold to the public as "war preparation." In my view, it was never about war. It was about the Event — the Geophysical Event that weakens the magnetic shield, takes down every grid on Earth and shifts the crust itself. The elite have known about it for millennia. Now the most powerful military on Earth is building its own Alpine fortress, one base at a time. They call it "an insurance policy for the homeland." But read the fine print: the 90 days are for the bases. What do they know that you don't? 👁️
Europe is preparing for the final war, and its governments are telling citizens to get ready for major disruption. 🇬🇧 UK: 3 days of water, food, torch, radio and cash 🇪🇺 EU: 72 hours of supplies for every citizen 🇩🇪 Germany: 10 days. Public bunkers for less than 1% of the people. Every 18-year-old man now gets a military questionnaire. 🇫🇷 France: a 20-page survival guide 🇸🇪 Sweden: "If Crisis or War Comes" booklets sent to 5 million homes Meanwhile, the wealthy are buying $50,000 places in nuclear-hardened shelters and turning Cold War missile silos into luxury bunkers. They locked you down in 2020. Now they tell you to stock up for war. So ask yourself: when it comes, who goes to the front line, and who goes underground? The people they ignored for years are the ones they will ask to fight. They get the bunkers. You get the front line.

Here’s something people need to understand. If a UFO influencer takes an interest in you, plays nice, and starts feeding you supposedly privileged information, it’s because they believe they can manipulate you. They don’t necessarily think highly of your intelligence. Quite the opposite. They want to establish themselves as the dominant personality, the one with all the answers, who can eventually get you to repeat whatever bullshit they’re selling. You’ll rarely see these influencers cozy up to people who are more intelligent, knowledgeable, or capable of seeing through their bullshit. They need to be the most important person in the room, and the moment you start questioning their claims or demonstrating that you know more than they do, you’ll see how quickly that friendly relationship changes.

Many of us have been deceived by major players in the UFO topic. Those who are x-military and x-intelligence. We shouldn’t be bullied even more for coming forward and telling our truth. Those of you in the community who are quick to say, “I told you so,” are grandstanding on your ego as if you have never been in a situation like this before - ever. We got behind the curtain and some of us have been telling you for months what we saw and experienced. Rob Wood, Jason Sands, Lynda Thompson, Science Bob, Jay Christopher King, Mike Battista, and many others. We are telling you the lies we experienced and abuse that hurt us. And you men who say you want to help women can go fuck off. Holding spaces and trashing us for our truth just because we didn’t tell the truth YOUR way. Fuck off! Rob Wood, Jason Sands, Lynda Thomason, Science Bob, Jay Christopher King, Mike Battista. There are more, I bet. We are telling you about it in our way and protecting ourselves as we do it both mentally and physically.
Do you stand by telling me at CITD that Jay had come through the wall as a being of light and caused your wife’s appendix to rupture as an attack on you? And that he was launching psychic attacks on the women around you? And that you and the other Knights Templar were the only ones who could protect them? And that you offered me “your sword” to protect me, too?

I wish my brain needed to clean more 😅
🧠 When life feels chaotic, your brain may crave a clean space. The reason is more surprising than you think. Ever notice how you suddenly want to wash dishes, organise drawers or clean your entire room when you're stressed? Scientists have found a fascinating link between cleaning and stress. In experiments involving more than 3,000 participants, researchers found that cleaning activities could help reduce some psychological effects of stressful experiences. Why? Cleaning gives you something simple to focus on, physical actions to follow and visible progress you can control when other parts of life feel uncertain. Sometimes, putting your surroundings in order may help you feel more in control, too. Your next deep breath might begin with one small task. Source: Lee, S. W., Millet, K., Grinstein, A., Pauwels, K. 🚨 QUANTUM TELEPORTATION IS REAL Scientists have successfully transferred the quantum state of an electron from one place to another—without moving the particle itself. The electron stays behind, but its quantum information is recreated elsewhere. It sounds like science fiction, but it’s real quantum physics—and it could shape the future of quantum technology. 🧠 Your body has a secret way to control blood sugar, and it starts with your next step. After you eat, sugar from your food enters your bloodstream. But what happens next can make a surprising difference. Your muscles can absorb sugar from your blood when you walk, even without relying entirely on insulin. During movement, a protein called GLUT4 helps transport glucose into muscle cells, where your body can use it for energy. And here is the interesting part: you don't need an intense workout to activate this process. Just a few minutes of walking after a meal may help. Research published in Sports Medicine found that short bursts of light walking, lasting just two to five minutes, can help reduce blood sugar levels after eating compared with prolonged sitting. A gentle 10-minute walk may be an easy way to support healthier blood sugar levels. The best part? You don't need a gym, special equipment, or a strict exercise plan. Walk around your home. Take a stroll outside. Even a short walk while talking on the phone can help you move more throughout the day. Source: Buffey, A. J., Herring, M. P., Langley, C. K., Donnelly, A. E., & Carson, B. P. (2022). The acute effects of interrupting prolonged sitting time in adults with standing and light-intensity walking on biomarkers of cardiometabolic health: A systematic review and meta-analysis. Here’s the deal. I was supposed to be part of something, and I backed out because what I saw was a bunch of LARPers playing a never-ending game of tag. It was weird as hell for me to be over here actually working with meditation, clairvoyance, telepathy, and consciousness. They make promises that are bullshit. It’s an entirely avoidable op. On my own, separate from that group, I found what I’d call disclosure: the development of intuitive abilities, deeper connections to consciousness, and the possibility of NHI if you’re actually skilled enough. None of that required their theater. I remember sitting in front of a journalist while he fed me things he wanted me to say. He didn’t ask questions. He led. Everything was framed to fit a narrative he clearly already had. Since then, I’ve watched that same journalist promote just about every hoax that comes along. I once worked with a group of scientists. One guy was there as security. I was there because of my meditative discipline and what I could do with telepathy and clairvoyance. Next thing I know, I see that same security guy on that journalist’s platform claiming to be psionic and tied to MKUltra. I laughed. He didn’t know the first thing about consciousness. It was the same pattern as his military record, which he was later called out for embellishing. I’ve also been part of groups whose “mission” was to call in and photograph anomalous objects. What I actually saw were ketamine sessions, people freaking out, and prosaic, low-quality iPhone images being treated like evidence. Clearly attributed stuff. Nothing anomalous. Yet I’d watch that same garbage circulate on podcasts, gaining momentum while people bought into the hype. These types of people are now “leading the science” and supposedly capturing the phenomenon. That’s exactly why I do my own thing. I don’t need to lie about psychic gifts, NHI, or consciousness. Most of the people involved are doing exactly that, and it really burns my biscuits.
