Bunka-no-Hi (文化の日) ・Meiji Setsu(明治節)・ Culture Day takes place on the 3rd of November every year. All over Japan, there will be performances of the arts, from dance to shamisen to rakugo! Museums are half-priced or free, and there are live shows all about the city and temples. Make some fun plans for tomorrow and experience a new art for the first time!

Pro Tip for affordable watch enthusiasts looking for examples in Tokyo: there is nothing for you in Nakano Broadway anymore.
Nearly everything there is luxury brands (Rolex, Omega, Tudor, AP, etc) or expensive vintage pieces; there is effectively nothing below ¥100,000.

The video covers a section of the trail on the Torii Pass, just to the south of Narai-Juku - like the town, preserved much as it was when samurai and merchants alike were walking its cobblestones.
