OCTOBER 30, 2026 n=1 DAY1 MODAFINIL 50mg Subject has moderate to severe ADHD. Has nearly all symptoms minus the anxiety. Poor focus Inattention Dopamine chasing habits Easily distracted Brain overfilled with thoughts Atrocious task initiation ability Poor task completion ability Poor multitasking capability Basically complete executive dysfunction Poor impulse control Binge eating Hyperactivity/restlessness Facial tics I'm aware that only a stimulant can probably completely alleviate all of these symptoms but I need to see for myself if @BasedBiohacker and others in this space who speak highly of Moda are overselling the potential of this supposedly magical pill or not. Only one way to find out. Now, The Intended Protocol Weeks 1-2: 50mg MODAFINIL daily for 2 weeks. Increase to 100mg daily if I don't observe strong results by end of Week 1 What would I consider strong results? SIGNIFICANT improvement in focus, increased attention, ability to ignore distractions, less phone usage. A non stimulant like Modafinil should theoretically be able to help with all of these. Weeks 3-4: Switch to ARMODAFINIL 75mg daily for 2 weeks. Same as weeks 1-2 on MODA, double the dosage for week 4 if I don't notice significant improvement in my ADHD symptoms. By end of week 4, I hope to be answer the following questions: 1. Are these helpful for someone with ADHD? 2. Did it live upto the hype or not? 3. Based on the degree of symptoms alleviation, decide if Moda/Armod may be amazing for regular folks who have a different baseline as someone with ADHD and aren't battling with all the symptoms I listed above. Time will tell. Have Vyvanse prescription ready for pickup as well. Will start on it if MODAFINIL/ARMODAFINIL experiment doesn't meet expectations. Let's see what the hype is all about the so called LIMITLESS pill Will do regular updates, stay tuned.

What's so hard for trans people to understand here?
I’ve never told any trans person what they ‘should be.’ As far as I’m concerned, trans people can call themselves whatever they like and believe whatever they like about themselves. What trans people aren’t entitled to is universal agreement that they’ve changed sex, acclaim for their embodiment of sex stereotypes, the reconfiguration of laws around an objective untruth or women’s surrender of their sex-based rights.

“I no longer feel proud to be Israeli… We are occupiers, yes… wait, i thought we were on commercial break!” Amazing — Israeli actress Chelli Goldenberg accidentally tells the truth when she doesn’t realize she’s live on the air. (H/T @MintPressNews) More: israelnationalnews.com/news/…

Yo this is actually pretty nice. Wish Christianity had more about Jesus's life, the simple and mundane things that he did
When I was a kid first reading into Christianity I was surprised at how little material exists for the day to day life of Jesus (RA) and his apostles, it seems islam is the only religion that has a slice of life record of it's prophet and his companions.

I think it’s so cool that Travis Knight uses his nepotism billionaire baby power to make art as the literal son of Nike’s founder and not to destroy the world. Unlike a certain someone…. IFYKYK
Travis Knight says that LAIKA will never use generative AI in their films. “AI is theft. It’s the ingestion of years and years and years of human creativity and ingenuity, regurgitated back. It has no humanity. It has no spirit.” (Source: theplaylist.net/wildwood-tra…)

‘WILDWOOD’ opened with $11M domestically. The second lowest opening for a LAIKA film.

Waking up to see a scandal that not only destroys the reputation of one of the most obnoxious and toxic online personalities I know but also does severe and hopefully long lasting emotional damage to a former Israeli soldier

Biofilm keeps bringing it back? NAC. H. pylori won’t clear? NAC a week before treatment. Staph overgrowth? B. subtilis. Leaky gut? Zinc carnosine. IBS after a stomach bug? Glutamine. Endotoxin and die-off? Enterosgel. Iron feeding the bad guys? Lactoferrin. Match the tool to the job. Random stacking is why gut protocols fail.

I pay my Internet bill for content like this
Manager Jacob (homosexual) was sent home after clocking in on time for his 8am shift today. Our employees rely on Jacob being at least 2 hours late every morning, and his punctuality threw off the natural rhythm of the store. Employees had already begun complaining and mentally preparing themselves to cover his shift when Jacob appeared at 7:55am, causing Cashier Belinda to become visibly ill. We later realized Jacob was actually 23 hours and 55 minutes late for yesterdays shift instead and allowed him to return to work.
