Your main channel creates the content. Your compilation channel can reuse the content. That's the mindset shift. Stop thinking of every upload as a one-time opportunity. Start thinking about your entire content library as an asset.

Your main channel isn't the only thing your content can build. A compilation channel lets you take videos you've already made and turn them into a second source of content. More uploads. More chances to get views. More ways to monetize content you've already created.

A good YouTube thumbnail should catch attention fast. Use: • Bright colors • Images that explain the subject • Decent sized text • Simple background Don’t overcomplicate it.
