Our executive director John Gerardi is in @NRO discussing how the Democratic Party has radicalized on abortion.

Today, I offered amendments to the state budget to do something unthinkable: allocate as much money for prenatal care as we do abortion.
The $40 mil would improve health outcomes for expecting mothers and their children, when adequate prenatal care is not available.
They failed

California incentivizes poor women on Medi-Cal to abort rather than give birth to their babies.

CA loves to claim they are “pro-choice” until an Assembly member suggests allocating the same amount of $$$ to prenatal care as they do abortion.
Then they prove that they are pro-abortion by denying it.
If you want to help women you would support @Patterdude amendments.
Our director, John Gerardi, has a piece in National Review talking about last week’s Supreme Court decision about the abortion pill
The Supreme Court’s abortion-pill decision comes at a tense time between the president and pro-life advocates. | @fresnojohnny nationalreview.com/2026/05/t…

Do you know what's in the instructions women receive when they order abortion pills by mail?
The pills arrive unlabeled in plastic baggies. (That in itself is illegal btw.) By separate email, women are told:
"There is absolutely no reason to tell a medical professional about taking abortion medication. Even if a nurse or doctor asks, even if they say they need to know, they do not need that information."
"If someone needed medical attention during their abortion, they could go to the doctor and say:
* I don't know what's going on, I just started bleeding and cramping.
* I think I may be having a miscarriage. But I'm not sure."
This is not what authentic healthcare looks like.

I’m in @NRO today talking about the mifepristone case and why it could be an inflection point for the administration’s position on the abortion pill. nationalreview.com/2026/05/t…

I'm a radiologist who determines the age of unborn babies through ultrasound. It is absolutely dangerous to send these out by mail. A woman doesn't know how big her baby is accurately enough to destroy it without endangering her own life and health without an ultrasound.
Even Obama's administration understood this.

I am on @NRO.
I have some commentary on Friday's 5th Circuit Court of Appeals decision that, at least temporarily, halted telehealth abortions.

FDA's elimination of in-person dispensing requirement for mifepristone endangers lives of women with ectopic pregnancies. FDA says that woman who has ectopic pregnancy should not take mifepristone, but without in-person visit with medical professional, ectopic pregnancy won't be diagnosed.
These are from FDA's own Q&A:

I am very pleased to report the birth of another beautiful baby girl in the South of England (early hours 6th May) whose mother reached out & received Abortion Pill Reversal treatment in early pregnancy after regretting she had taken Mifepristone. At least 77 UK APR babies now.

I'm doing videos for John Gerardi Show/Right to Life that I'm sharing on FB and Insta, thought I'd share here too. Discussing op-ed I have coming out tomorrow re: GOP opportunity to defund Planned P'hood over a longer term, how it could appreciably reduce abortions. Check it out!
Our director @fresnojohnny has an article over at the Daily Signal—check it out!
.@RepBrandonGill asked a pro-abortion law professor at a congressional hearing to describe her favorite method of performing abortions. She refused.
He proceeded to describe several surgical abortion methods and asked her opinion of each. She refused every time.
If abortion is "basic healthcare," why can't its most prominent legal defenders describe it out loud?
@fresnojohnny explains what that silence reveals:

nationalreview.com/2026/01/b… My piece in @NRO where I reiterate that abortion isn’t healthcare, and the insurance/public funding/policy implications of that reality.
The assassination of Charlie Kirk, whom our friends at Tulare-Kings Resources for Life just hosted in Visalia 8 days ago, is a horrible moment for our country. Charlie was a critically important voice for the pro-life cause in America, and was a model of open debate.
