I headcanon Storches being touch starved and that's why they would be so pissed at Stars and Eules being together and hugging
nobody wants to hug or kiss the GestaltGrinder500

Storchs probably only like three things, each other, torturing Gestalte, and the Star NCO's tjat trained them
I like the RP accounts bc you'll be talking about an obscure Repika called S23-XVII "Edelweiss" w 1 sentence of lore buried in a computer entry and then they show up in your replies

While we’re having a serious conversation about the dynamic between these two, I see a lot of people portray STAR x STCR as being fueled by the STCR’s desire for a partner that challenges her, which is fun and interesting, but I’ve always thought what makes it work is jealousy

that one non-oomf who likes nearly all your posts but absolutely refuses to complete the mutual
Ok but this line
"A common strategy is pairing them closely with an older Star unit"
The dynamics it conjures in my mind... sensational.
Star NCO/Storch CO yuri, trying to rein in the hot-blooded inexperienced STCR who technically outranks her, it aint even fic its just canon.
