Our Founder and CEO, @SarahBurrows100, walked into the @lorraine @ITV studio this morning believing she was one of three finalists.
She walked out as the 2026 winner of the ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ @womenofyear ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐ฏ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ.
For more than a decade, Sarah has fought to make sure children with a parent in prison are recognised, heard and supported.
Speaking to Lorraine this morning, Sarah said:

Children Heard and Seen began around Sarahโs kitchen table in 2014. Everything that has grown from there has only been possible because of the strength and courage of the children and families we support, who have trusted us with their experiences and helped shine a light on an issue that has remained hidden for far too long.
And, of course, alongside them are our incredible staff, volunteers, supporters and partners who have shared Sarahโs determination to create change.
Today, that national spotlight is shining a little brighter.
