New @PapaJohns crust up charge is not shown until the cart and “show details” doesn’t even show prices next to those items. The more you get Papa Johns, the more dark patterns you see. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a class action lawsuit in the near future.
If your competitive game never has periods of lobby-wide voice chat, you’re prioritizing optics over fun. Games for adults shouldn’t be policing every toxic interaction. Open communication is the biggest difference between gaming’s “golden age” and everything that came after it.
