If your attorney sees you wearing this when you're speaking with them, know that they're going to cut your hand off
+1. I'm consistently amazed by the cool stuff our vtuber clients come up with! Their creativity is mind blowing
Hell of an activation by the Heat for the new Grand Theft Auto, and it makes SO much sense. The kind of rare activation by a team that both the players and fans will think is cool. A+
For one night only, the HEAT trade Miami for Vice City.
Join us on November 18, when Vice City hosts the Milwaukee Bucks on a never-before-seen court, wearing an all-new uniform.
This is A Night in Vice City. Also live on ESPN. For details, visit HEAT.com/ViceCity

53 years ago, hip-hop was born at a back-to-school party in the Bronx. Now, the Bronx School of Hip Hop is preparing a new generation of artists that will shape what comes next.

Because someone will definitely try this: Fansly is still known as an adult content site, so links to your Fansly profile (even if SFW) on platforms like YouTube may get your channel banned
This morning I uncovered multiple open liens against all assets of @NovelHorizons. Though efforts have been underway to help creators get any leftover merchandise from Novel’s warehouse and get them any files related to their designs, be aware that continuing to receive such merchandise carries significant risk. Similarly, if you’ve already received files, using them for other merch also carries potential risk. Speak with your legal counsel about any options that you may have regarding this unfortunate development
Shoutout to @oscarxdelgado and @EvilGuyNikita for the selfless work they put in to lead the charge to help folks in this situation
The ban wave is still ongoing btw
Yes, YouTube's recent ban wave is impacting creators broadly, not just vtubers.
No, the recent ban wave doesn't mean that ASMR content is inherently problematic. Everyone's content, style, and channels are different.
Yes, there are creators who don't make ASMR content or anything sexual in nature who were banned for alleged violations of the sexual content and nudity policy.
No, do not link sites known for pornography (OF, Fansly, etc.) on your YouTube account (or a link aggregator with those accounts linked) even if you don't post porn/sexual content on those sites.
Yes, YouTube has the right to terminate accounts without first issuing strikes.

This is why creators shouldn't rely solely on their agents to review/negotiate the non-commercial terms of the deals the agents bring in. *Your attorney* protects your interests, even from your agent
