I remember this one. Haley Stevens did Chokwe dirty. Haley is ethically challenged.
I expected it. @MalloryMcMorrow from the beginning was a great candidate, a genuine democrat, and someone who sees the bigger picture. @HaleyforMI is a liar who fabricated my endorsement, sent her goons to threaten me and my career if I didn’t take down my post my “future in politics” would be at risk, and still has NEVER called and apologized for lying about my endorsement.
I’m so sick of this. I want democrats to WIN.

Before @AbdulElSayed spoke, several other politicians and community leaders talked to the crowd, including Benton Harbor school board President Dashuna Robinson, Benton Harbor Mayor Marcus Muhammad and Berrien County Commissioner @ComPitchford.
As U.S. Senate hopeful Abdul El-Sayed took the stage, the energy among the more than 700 supporters at Second Baptist Church in Benton Harbor was palpable. bit.ly/3UoiwHI

10 years ago, Bernie Sanders forged ties with the Muslim community in metro Detroit as he competed in the presidential primary. Those ties helped produce later victories for the DSA in Michigan and across the country over the next decade, Tlaib, Mamdani, etc. The seeds for Abdul El-Sayed's campaign were rooted in part in that race.

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: HUGE problem looming for Abdul El-Sayed ... Rep. Haley Stevens is ready to pull her support for the Michigan senatorial candidate and no-show an important campaign rally if he doesn't disavow a couple of controversial political ads ... and the warning is coming straight from Haley's fiancé.

4 years ago today in Dearborn, Republican leaders rallied a few days before election. The GOP nominees for governor, AG and Sec. of State all spoke. This year, Republicans are not showing up in Dearborn.
I’m here in Dearborn for a Republican rally where Tudor Dixon and Tulsi Gabbard are set to speak. Dearborn resident Nagi Almudhegi is drawing loud cheers for saying he’s no longer a Democrat.

Asked ab whether he could appeal to the dirtbag left constituency, a stone-faced Hochul replied:

The behavior we are seeing from Haley Stevens is entirely unsurprisingly given that she called my boss to get me fired in 2022 after I endorsed Andy Levin in the Primary.🤷🏽
For the same reason, the next year she called multiple Black women to try and kick me from the OCDP slate.
Using footage of Obama to try to win over Republican voters would be an interesting strategy…
.@PaulBegala's message to the El-Sayed campaign on its controversial ad featuring Tucker Carlson: "He's making it hard on me, as a strategist, to understand why the hell you'd run an ad with Tucker when you've got footage of President Obama?!"

Wayne County Commissioner Allen Wilson on Trump's comment on Black voters:
"How could you say something of that magnitude? If we vote for someone who we feel is going to represent our best interests - whether they're white, black, blue, green, yellow - if they're going to represent the interests of the people, then we have to vote for them. I don't give a doggone who they are. So this individual who's saying that [Trump], he needs to look himself in the mirror."
