You can say the law needs to look into both and you are not saying Lindsay Clancy is self defense.
But it still looks like you are trying to justify her actions here saying she has good grounds for an insanity defense on the same level as Rittenhouse with Self Defense.

With so many roles in his belt, Peter Cullen's voice was a big chunk of my childhood, as Eeyore and Optimus Prime.

This feels like a personal hatred of Gamefreak and Pokemon rather than thinking of this rationally.
How many people are still using this service on the 3DS? 3DS is two generations behind at this point and it has been years to move Pokemon over.

To put into perspective how cheap Pokemon bank is to run:
One pokemon on the 3DS takes up ~232 bytes to store.
You can have up to 3,000 pokemon per account
So 232 * 3000 = 696,000 bytes per account or ONLY 0.696 MBs
Let’s say 1 million people use bank to its max capacity.
0.696 MB * 1,000,000 = 696 GB
It doesn’t even take ONE terabyte of storage to hold 3 billion pokemon! Fuck GameFreak and FUCK Nintendo
It's also not just running the server. I imagine for some of this you need to do upkeep on some level like on the stores like credit card security and that will become bloat at some point you need to cut.
