Co-working seats are as cheap as 4.5k per person in a location that is literally 7 minutes away from an international airport. Yet none of the buildings have more than 30% occupancy.

Majority of Old Chandigarh's private residential properties were simply the "allotments" during 1960s, 70s and 80s mostly towards class A & B officers in different state governments and military. Some were through "quota" of bar council.

Fact remains, Akali regime (partly due to being coincided with UPA regime) attracted most of investments and infrastructural development in the state. Capt's and Bhagwant's tenure has quite dull in front of that.
