Correction:
I unearthed a season-by-season log of metro football teams in the SCJ office and now believe this to be West’s first 3-0 start in school history (founded in 1972).

Final:
Sioux City West 7,
Sioux City North 6
West 3-0 for first time since 1997.
Tavin Irvine (West) had around 150 yards to total offense with a 30-yard TD run.
North falls to 0-3.
