Great to see pastors gathering in prayer for @KenPaxtonTX.
“If God is for us, who can be against us?” — Romans 8:31
Pastors for Paxton gathered to pray over @KenPaxtonTX at his rally today in Conroe. Pastors @Steve_Riggle and @BuntrockJames led us in asking God to grant him wisdom, strength, and protection as he serves Texas. 🙏

Harris County Resident @larottafortexas steps up and files a court petition to remove Harris County Treasurer #CarlaWyatt. This is a recognition of the obvious: that Treasurer Wyatt clearly has an alcohol consumption problem, as documented by repeated vehicle traffic stops in multiple counties.
At 10am today, Harris County Republican Party Chair, @cindyseigel will explain @HarrisCountyRP’s support for the citizen petition, and show exactly why under the law Treasurer Wyatt can be removed rapidly by hearing the evidence under section 87.013 of the Government Code,
due to her documented record of intoxicatication on or off duty.
The minority Republican party in the Nation's 3rd largest County has to take this action because the majority @harrisdemocrats party refuses to police it's own!

Does the County Judge represent you?
Does Pct. 1 represent you?
Does Pct. 2 represent you?
Does Pct. 3 represent you?
Does Pct. 4 represent you?
I am disappointed that the Court decided to raise your taxes even higher than before. As you know, I voted against that and even offered an alternative responsible budget.
Like someone caught with their hand in the cookie jar, some are blaming others rather than taking responsibility for taking more of your hard-earned paycheck.
Elections have consequences. If Harris County wants something different and a different direction, we need representatives with a vision and a way of governing that listens to residents’ wishes.
The choice is yours IF you choose to vote.

It is the honor of a lifetime to accept President Trump’s nomination to serve as the next United States Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Having served in the region both in combat as an Army officer and for two years as a diplomatic liaison in the Kingdom, I understand the strategic importance of the partnership between the United States and Saudi Arabia and the profound responsibility of this position.
Service has always defined my life.
My immediate family has given more than sixty years to our military.
My brother, sister, and I graduated from West Point, served in combat, and, at one point, were all deployed to Iraq simultaneously.
I am deeply grateful to President Trump for his confidence in me. When confirmed, I will serve with humility and honor, advance his vision of peace through strength and deepen this vital partnership.

At today's forum I said Mayor Whitmire secured $50,000,000.00 from the state...the importance of having relationships and working collaboratively. Plummer said it wasn't true. She was part of a group of council members wanting to increase property taxes for average homeowners.
She's either clueless or is incapable of telling the truth:

ICYMI: 61% of Texas Seniors pay ZERO ISD Property tax bills now! Once they pay NO school taxes, their bills won't go up again and that's the right way to "age in place!"
6.1 Million Texas Homesteads got exemption increases approved by the voters of 140k dollars, and over-65 and disabled homeowners another 60k for a total of 200k!
General Texas Homesteads saw a reduction on their school property tax bill of 13.5% last year and an average tax bill less than a 1k now! Senior ISD bills fell by nearly by 1/3rd, and overall 39% of all 6.1 Million Texas Homestead pay Zero school tax bills! See press release: #txlege

Waste, fraud, and political games at Commissioners Court have cost Harris County billions in state and federal funding for critical flood control and infrastructure projects. As your next Harris County Judge, I will put our families ahead of politics by rooting out waste, restoring accountability, fixing our infrastructure, and fighting to reduce property taxes. I'm ready to lead Harris County on Day 1. Let's get to work!

🔴Election Alert! Harris County has once AGAIN been selected for a random election audit by the @TXsecofstate, the county’s 2ND audit in 4 years!
The 1st audit, post the 2022 November election, clearly documented massive ballot paper shortages at the polls and a broken chain of custody on THOUSANDS of ballots. This was under the Failed & Defunct former EAO, Elections Administrator's Office.... failures that led to election challenges, including a judge ordering a new election in the Pierce v. Jones Judge race.
In 2023 I passed SB 1933, with the @TXGOPCaucus, @TexasSenateGOP, and a few bi-partisan votes in #txlege to shut down the failed EAO and replace it with elected Harris County officials, the County Clerk @TeneshiaforHC and now @HCTaxOffice Tax Assessor-Collector Annette Ramirez. With the exception of one Voter Registration issue, I had to use my SB 1933 to file a complaint letter to the SOS: xitter.cf/TeamBettencourt/status…
We have seen real improvement in County elections as elected officials are far more responsive than unelected bureaucrats, who back then refused to talk to the media about real election problems for over half a year!
Well worth the read of a good comprehensive @HoustonChron story by @Thelastlomax on how we got in and out of election issues since 2022 using audits and in other counties it's worked too! Uncle Paul's saying works: "What gets measured gets fixed!"
Harris County has again been selected for a state-mandated elections audit following a random draw conducted by the Texas Secretary of State Tuesday. bit.ly/4zgDibC
