I'm afraid the new #wine & #spirit tax increases do not support small business, to innovate and grow @hmtreasury. All they guarantee is around £1bn duty + VAT increase for the wine & spirit sector and higher prices. Don't take it from us, listen to what businesses have to say..

So @BBCNews this is really bad journalism. The way the article is written is misleading. The vast majority of wines sold have sugar levels of 0-5 g/litre. Some low/no alcohol wines or sweet wines have levels over 20 g. This is spreading misinformation bbc.co.uk/news/health-603903…

Local businesses beware - these people came into two of our shops this weekend and 'bought' high value items using fraudulent card details. One of them distracts the staff member, while the other holds the card machine and manually enters the details of a different card
