The Hornets are one win away from creating a bit of NC sports history.
A win in the next play-in game would mean the Panthers, Hornets and Hurricanes each made the playoffs in the same season.
That has never happened before. NC pro sports are so back.

A great leader changes everything.
You had a favorite teacher.
You had a favorite Uncle.
How did you feel around those leaders?
If the Panthers find someone who has the Defense believing in the team and playing for each other— they will win the division again.

And today, @NESpower told me they would need until 11/6/26 to provide Blackburn's payment history -- after Tennesseans have already voted for governor.
Your tax dollars at work! 8/8
Just a reminder to Panthers fans…even with the firing the defense can’t change scheme in 10 days.
It will be the same principles, the same formations, just with a new play caller. It might look slightly different but don’t expect a huge change in operation
Completely unsustainable offense in Charlotte right now.
Explosive plays and stellar play from Bryce hid some of the issues early in the season but now, with injuries, the wheels are coming off.
The Green Bay Packers generated a 52.2% pressure rate in a win over the Carolina Panthers, per @SumerSports
That is a 93rd percentile pressure rate for a game this season
Story of the game has been 2nd down. Panthers cant stay ahead of the chains. Too many penalties and backwards or nothing plays.
Green Bay has been living on 3rd and manageable
Patrick Stewart was a foundational star in my household growing up. From my older brother’s obsession with Star Trek TNG, to the X-Men movies I watched so often as a kid.

National Tight Ends Day isn't even a real holiday. the NFL adapted it from a pagan fullback festival held each year at the time of the fall equinox
200 yards rushing allowed today by the Panthers in a game they will desperately want to forget.
A total team failure. Flush it and move forward to Thursday
Just dirty dirty work
Knicks sent a "phishing email" disguised as a championship ring offer to Madison Square Garden employees.
Those that clicked the fake link were forced to attend a mandatory cybersecurity class to "help satisfy some of [James] Dolan's cybersecurity concerns."

Nothing could be more James Dolan than cheaping out on a historic Knicks championship.
The Knicks' assistant coaches did not receive their championship rings during Tuesday's ceremony, despite being handed ring boxes, according to league sources.
Many longtime employees at Madison Square Garden will not receive rings at all, per team sources.
Those employees got their hopes up in late September, when they were sent a fake championship ring offer as part of a phishing test.

Blake Griffin calls out NBA Insiders
"They know the rules, but they don't necessarily follow them if the rules get in the way. They're like the Jack Reacher of sports reporting... And if an insider gets a scoop wrong, what happens? Nothing. It's just on to the next scoop. It's a job with a huge profile and zero accountability — like a weatherman or a politician."

Playoff teams play all three phases. The defense and special teams did their part. Offense has to score
