Going forward, it’s pretty clear that retail piling into these is a terrible idea. I’ll be finding more of the $WLAC quiet plays and commenting here and there but to be successful, the winners need to be kept as quiet as possible.
I live in North Texas and data centers are a big deal here but I imagine this is how most of these issues will be resolved. The data centers will be built, but just with concessions.

This is correct.
Also, $IONQ raising their revenue outlook and you’re bearish?

Because if the cancel the deal the rights go to 0 and the commons go to 11+
$CCXI / $AGLT
Godspeed to the one I waited a long time for.
Interestingly enough, this will probably be the first mega-hyped SPAC to deSPAC with no retail in it at all.
Thanks to a less than stellar market, and a shit storm of FUD, we will get to see what happens next.
Churchill Capital Corp XI (Nasdaq: CCXI) shareholders today approved the business combination with Agility Robotics.
Closing is expected Nov. 4, with trading expected to begin Nov. 5 on Nasdaq as AGLT.
Thank you to CCXI shareholders and our investors.

Is the blow off top still ahead of us?
I lean yes, as I doubt all these CEOs would keep intentionally murdering their own stock with this insane CapEx.
Replying to @KobeissiLetter
In our view, a record amount of CapEx is necessary to fund the biggest technological revolution in history.
And, corrections are a healthy part of a bull market.
As the "stealth" bear market continues:
We believe the market is ultimately setting up for its next leg higher.
$CCXI / @agilityrobotics
Never underestimate how terribly retail can ruin a good trade.
The stage seems set for $AGLT to absolutely rip faces off.
$CCXI
Could be seeing a modest rally today and into next week if the market cooperates but instead everyone shit on it so hard that people dumped millions of shares below NAV to arbs.
How about next time we stay positive and leave the emotions at the door.

Breaking my rule and posting a little early here…
Things obv look terrible, but there is a path where even if it dips to $9 or so and then moons SPACs could still survive.
If another humanoid SPACs and has options, it will get bought I think.
