According to the merchant banker PM, people cannot be 3 times sicker than they were a decade ago.
A decade which included austerity, a pandemic, a cost of living crisis and an aging population.
However, our doctors say people are 3 times sicker.
Hmmm, who to believe...

In 2018 a parishioner at @SPCSpringburn found a beautiful silk-lined programme from the inauguration of Springburn Public Halls' mighty pipe organ in June 1905. The organ case had also been designed by Whitie but was wrecked after closure in 1985, then totally demolished in 2012.

The NTS venue in the old bank will be back in April and we said we'd be keen to do something again then. This was more of a testing out of our material!

I welcome the commitment from🏴@scotgov Drugs Policy Minister @AConstanceSNP to fund a scoping study looking at the need for a diamorphine-assisted treatment service in Dundee. It’s important the city explores all potential measures that could help reduce drug deaths and harms.

RT this so that every single person who IS a pensioner or KNOWS a pensioner can make sure they get what they're legally entitled to. 40% of people don't claim #PensionCredit but if they successfully apply by 18th Dec (Sunday), they will also get a £324 #CostOfLiving payment.

It would seem that our own library in Springburn will not reopen for months behind others in the city. How many people need public access to the internet to apply for benefits in an area of deprivation. If they won’t do it, we will @SPCSpringburn

Party leaders must redouble their efforts to address Scotland’s “appalling” record on drugs deaths and suicide. The response to the #COVID19 recovery must focus not on putting the world back the way it was but with a renewed effort to tackle #poverty churchofscotland.org.uk/news…
