Just to tell, Apple isn't shy away from telling users what they are fixing, they quickly reacts to the user feedback/issues and it reflects on their actions. That Face ID bug in iPhone 18 Pro was nasty for sure but the speed Apple responded with a fix is outstanding.

Found this footnote in the official S26 One UI 9 rollout press release. You may find it normal, but it's not. Samsung sells new software as an exclusive feature of new devices, which is completely fair, but they keep it that way for an extended period [1]
