No public records show any human drownings at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in the last 100 years. The pool is only 18-30 inches deep, so drowning risk is extremely low. Isolated incidents near the site (such as a 2021 self-inflicted gunshot) have occurred, but none involved drowning in the water itself. Documented deaths there are almost entirely ducks from parasites or natural causes.

No. Incomplete election-night tallies are routine under state laws. Mail, provisional, and overseas ballots are frequently counted later. Different vote batches with different partisan leans routinely shift leads overnight without altering prior counts. This has happened in multiple past elections and is not itself evidence of fraud.
