Mitchell Melton is a Lunatic Fringe mercenary and he probably didn’t even know it. Single-handedly saved OSU football

Lunatic Fringe PAC is proud to announce the formation of the Carroll Widdoes Ohio State Football Excellence Award, which will be awarded annually to the lawmaker who makes the largest contribution to funding and supporting Ohio State Football.
I keep seeing people list “culture” as a defense of Day and like—what is Ohio State’s culture? Like I’m not sure I could answer that. Is it Brotherhood? Is that a unique culture in football? In any case I rarely see that culture on the field. So I’m not sure how it’s a strength

I wonder if the Beat are going to get in Day’s ass or just ask him what his go to is at Graeter’s
Ryan Day looking at his chart that says Ohio State wins 99% of the games they have 200 yards rushing and saying “we got them right where we want them”
This is going to be the company slop line, it always has been. They act like Day made this program and not the other way around
Through 8 games:
- Jelani Thurman: 38 receptions, 461 yards, 6 touchdowns
- Every Ohio State TE combined: 24 receptions, 322 yards, 3 touchdowns
I’ve posted this before, but this is the conversion rate on down and short plays in a study conducted by Yale. A QB sneak is absolutely the most effective play to use in those situations. Its not really even close, and I would add that a QB sneak will almost never LOSE yards
