This is so exhausting. Horror was always cool. Horror never died. Horror has always won at the box office when given the chance. The only people surprised are the dorky asshole executives who don’t actually watch movies🖕
Horror industry leaders came to Rome to praise Curry Barker and Kane Parsons — the YouTubers-turned-directors behind the breakout #Obsession and #Backrooms horror movies.

!!! Thank you Luke!
My pal @ScottAMilam’s feature directorial debut dATE is premiering at Screamfest tonight. If you’re around, I highly recommend going. I was fortunate to read the script. It’s basically Coen Bros meets Texas Chainsaw. IE will be a total blast to see in a theater.
GO!

And you are here on X responding to it when you have a whole lot of better things to do in regards to fixing this state you've helped to destroy. Stop worrying about Trump, and worry about Californians for a change.
#Newsom #California @SteveHiltonx @spencerpratt
I’ve seen this and it has one of the best use of dissolves in memory. Besides being a kick ass short. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Truth
Reminder that misery loves company. It's human nature. If you're not feeling good about where you're at, it feels good to know other people aren't feeling good about where they're at.
Don't get sucked in.
Don't let the click bait headlines get to you. Don't let the downer friend who constantly complains or finds something to be angry about get to you.
It's cheesy but mindset is such a big part of it. All the people I know who keep getting wins look for the positive. They look for the wins. All the people I know complaining non-stop always find something to complain about.

What if maintaining your beauty required eating your dates?
That's the bloody premise behind 'dATE,' the feature directorial debut of 'LEATHERFACE' screenwriter Scott Milam, starring Derek Mears, who horror fans know best as Jason Voorhees in the 2009 'FRIDAY THE 13TH.'
A guillotine. A killer fairy tale about beauty, romance, and survival. Yeah, 'dATE' has my attention.

If you check out only one "First Look" story today about models who keep their beauty by eating people, make it this one. "dATE" stars Olivia Rose Keegan (Scary Movie) and @themaddiep (Gen V) and a bunch of other folks from the horror universe.

The first images from Scott Milam's horror fairy tale 'dATE' have arrived, and they look stylish, strange, and very, very bloody.
