It’s NYC aka: Gotham , this guy has probably been through the system a dozen or so times and will continue to cause harm to others. He needs medical care.
@NYCMayor @JumaaneWilliams I didn’t see the presser ? Could you send me a link ?
PS: The Agent is a NYer….
🚨 BRONX MAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULTING FEDERAL AGENT — SOURCES ALLEGE LENGTHY CRIMINAL HISTORY
According to the [U.S. Department of Justice, Liberty Martin, 42, of the Bronx, was arrested and charged with physically assaulting an @HSINewYork special agent during an October 8 incident in the Bronx. Federal prosecutors allege the agent was grabbed and had his clothing ripped before being followed to his government vehicle, where the confrontation escalated and the agent suffered a forehead laceration.
According to sources, Martin has an extensive criminal history that reportedly includes weapons charges from several years ago, while some of his records are allegedly sealed. Sources also allege he has been spotted at multiple protests and is considered by some to be a professional anarchist. Additional claims regarding an alleged change of clothing following the incident have not been confirmed in the DOJ press release.
Martin has been charged with assaulting a federal employee, a charge carrying a maximum potential sentence of eight years in prison. The charges remain allegations, and he is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
I've stated this on multiple occasions, the fraud committed is astronomical
NEW: A Massachusetts woman accused of operating a sham marriage ring that helped hundreds of illegal aliens get immigration status complained that Trump's policies made it more "challenging" for her to run the scheme, forcing her to shut it down.
"She is captured on video stating that she stopped doing weddings at the end of 2024 because 'that's when Trump was becoming a president. Gonzales stated she married a batch of people and made sure they had their documents. She then claimed that she suspended her business in 2025 because immigration was 'a little harsh.'"
AMERICAN JOBS FOR AMERICANS. THAT SHOULD NOT BE A CONTROVERSIAL SENTENCE.
Tomorrow night I’m at the @UFCR University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and this is where I start:
American jobs go to Americans first. In 2015, Disney laid off about 250 IT workers in Orlando. Some had to train their replacements to keep their severance. The replacements came through outsourcing firms that run on H-1B visas.
Last week the White House accused Microsoft of laying off 6,000 Americans in a year while collecting 6,300 H-1B visas, and suspended it from the green card program.
We have millions of capable workers in our own yards, and their families borrowed six figures to get them qualified. No US company should be outsourcing their jobs while we have qualified Americans.
@Phase2Deport
NEW YORK POLITICIANS HAVE SPENT A DECADE PROTECTING ILLEGAL ALIENS FROM THE LAW. NOW THEY WANT YOUR LOCAL GARAGE OWNER TO HELP.
Sanctuary laws passed, starting under de Blasio. Then Mamdani takes City Hall, says ICE shouldn’t exist, and calls it “rotten to its core.”
Now he, Schumer and Jeffries put their names on a letter to private business owners: “do not rent, lend, or otherwise make your property available to ICE.”
Elected officials asking citizens to help shut a federal law enforcement agency out of their city.
Think about that.
In 2020, New York went to court to keep illegal aliens in the census count that decides House seats and federal money. That’s their own case, on the record.
They tell you it’s about community safety. Ask who is safer. Not the victim of the criminal alien they wouldn’t hand over. Not the officer being told he’s unwelcome in a parking lot.
They never have to confess. Every excuse wears out, and the next demand is bigger. You tell me what they’re protecting.
You said at the University of Chicago on October 13th that a Democratic Congress should pursue “signature cases” not just against the president but “on the people who enabled him.”
You then stated the purpose explicitly: “I want young people coming out of school to say, ‘Should I go work for the Trump administration?
Like, that sounds fun, I might get an opportunity.’ I want them to be like, ‘Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems that I don’t want, and so let me avoid participating in that.’
I want that deterrence message.”That is not a statement about prosecuting proven crimes. It is a stated intention to use the prospect of investigation and legal trouble to discourage young people from considering public service in an administration they support.
When challenged, you reframed the remarks as applying only to people who “break the law” or aid in “stealing taxpayer money.” The original comment did not contain that limitation; the deterrence of prospective hires was the point you emphasized.
Holding individuals accountable for actual violations of law is ordinary. Treating service in a lawfully elected administration itself as the trigger for “signature cases” and a deliberate “deterrence message” to keep people out of government is something else. The candor gap is between those two descriptions of your position.
This isn't my first rodeo with President Trump. After calling for me to be arrested, tried, and hanged for a 90 second video he didn't like, he is now attacking me for saying that there will be accountability for people who commit crimes on his behalf.
It's simple. If you break the law, then you should be held accountable. If you are stealing taxpayer money and enriching President Trump or his family, then you should be held accountable.
The EU was warned long ago, political correctness would cost
them. Well the collectors have arrived and they’re paying for it .
Wake up Americans, this cannot and will not happen here.
“Students at UF have a 'right to study and work without fear.'
So the plan is to skip class Thursday at noon, dress like a funeral, and chant outside Turlington Hall. Bold strategy. I'll be on campus that night at the Levin law center talking mass deportation. Come on by. Colors optional."

They Were Silent for the Real Surge
Now they’ve found the word “surge.” Somewhere between 45 and 80 ICE arrests across LA County since October 5, and the press is covering it like an invasion.
Where was that word from 2021 to 2024? The Southwest border took more than 6.2 million illegal encounters in under three years. FY2023 alone was more than 2.4 million, the worst year on record.
On top of that were at least 1.7 million known gotaways, people who crossed and were never caught. That was a surge. It landed in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Denver and every town in between. Nobody in LA’s leadership called it a crisis. Washington called it “safe, orderly and humane.”
The cities that are screaming now kept quiet, opened the doors, and sent the bill to taxpayers.
Then they made sure ICE couldn’t clean it up the right way. California declined 13,025 ICE detainers between October 2022 and February 2025, 52% of every declined detainer in the country. The Twin Towers jail in LA alone accounts for 360 detainers that were declined or released without notice. In February, DHS publicly asked Newsom not to release 33,179 criminal aliens from California jails.
ICE has said it for years: if you won’t let us into the jails, we’ll have to come into the neighborhoods. Tom Homan has said it every way he can. “You have forced us into the community because you have failed to let us in the jail.” He told sanctuary jurisdictions they would get “exactly what they don’t want, more ICE agents in your community.” Every sanctuary politician in California heard it.
An arrest on the street takes a team. It means a car stop or a knock on a door, with risk to the officers, to the person being arrested, and to everyone standing nearby. Sanctuary policy never stopped a single arrest. It moved them out of the jail and into the neighborhood.
So spare me the outrage. Millions of illegal crossings were “orderly” to these people. Eighty arrests of criminal aliens is a “surge.” They created this. They were warned. Now they want to play the victim.

Here’s Vasant Bhatt saying that white Americans are “too stupid” to work STEM jobs.
Bhatt previously interned for Ted Cruz and did grassroots conservative organizing. But in the end, his hatred of white Americans led him to the Democrat Party.
I just cast my ballot for James Talarico.
As a second-generation Indian American, I am thoroughly disgusted by the xenophobia, racial resentment, and increasingly brazen attacks on my identity. My family has contributed to the American story through hard work, sacrifice, and an unwavering belief in the opportunities this nation promises. I am every bit as American as anyone else, and I will not tolerate being treated as a perpetual foreigner in the country I call home.
I implore every eligible Texan to get out and vote. This election is about the kind of state and country we are prepared to defend—and the principles we refuse to surrender.

Filed 19 Days Before an Election. Dead by January.
Two Democrats filed a bill Thursday that pays $500,000 to any citizen ICE detains. Both of them know it dies on January 3, 2027.
Leger Fernández sits on the Rules Committee. She knows exactly how a bills move, and she knows this one has no path through a Republican Judiciary Committee. Bonnie Watson Coleman leaves Congress in January. Neither of them will be around so why draft it?
Because a bill costs nothing and a campaigning needs a villain and the hot button issue is ICE.
They picked the officers I spent 24 years working beside. It pays when someone is arrested or detained "without a warrant or without probable cause." That "or" sweeps in warrantless arrests federal law allows.
The officer gets sued and there’s no immunity.
If they cared about wrongly held citizens, they'd write something that could pass. They wrote something that could get quoted and excite their base 19 days before elections.

Morning Tea ☕

Most people think ICE officers pick when and where to make an arrest. They don’t, and that’s the problem.
Every officer in ERO has a list of people with final orders of removal. Finding them is the hard part. At a home you don’t know who’s inside, who’s armed, or whether children are present. On the street there are crowds, cars and people filming.
Immigration court is different. The alien has to show up on a specific day, in a building with security, and the officer knows who is coming.
On September 30 a federal judge in Manhattan threw out part of ICE’s policy for arresting people at immigration courts. I read all 36 pages.
ICE lost because of paperwork. DOJ told him for months that the 2025 memos covered immigration courts, then they admitted in March they never did.
In the final round the government never argued the policy was reasonable.
The Judge did not say the arrests are illegal. He rejected that argument. Arrests are still allowed under the 2021 rules, which are narrow: national security, imminent violence, hot pursuit, destroying evidence, or a public safety threat with supervisor approval and no safe place elsewhere.
Now add last week’s ruling, where a federal judge dismissed DOJ’s suit against New York City’s sanctuary laws. The city can keep refusing to hold people at ICE’s request. Put the two together and an officer in New York has fewer places to make an arrest and no help from the jail. That means more time, more risk, and more officers on the street and neighborhoods because the lawyers didn’t do their job, and that’s how someone gets hurt.
🚨🚨Belfast Was the Warning
Different Spark. Same Fuse.
I wrote about Belfast in June. A man named Stephen Ogilvie was left in a coma by a knife attack. A 30-year-old asylum claimant was charged with attempted murder. The city burned for days, and the political class spent those days condemning the people in the streets instead of asking why this crime lit the match.
Now France. More than half a million people marched yesterday. A city hall in Limoges was set on fire. Government buildings were broken into in other cities.
The French aren't marching about immigration. They're angry about prices, schools and services, and I won't tell you otherwise. The spark is different.
The fuse is the same. People decide the government isn't listening and isn't going to act. After that, any incident will do.
Here's my argument, A state that can't control who comes in, can't remove who shouldn't be here, and can't keep the schools and clinics running is telling its citizens the rules are optional.
Immigration policy reaches daily life through rent, wages, classrooms and waiting rooms. People feel it years before a politician says the word.
Enforcement is how a government shows it still governs. Restore that, or people will decide for themselves that it's gone. @Phase2Deport #Massdeportation #ICE #DHS

ICE Didn't Take Her. ICE Didn't Grab Him : 👩🍼
Martin Soto's wife Gabriella told the country ICE snatched him off the street on a diaper run.
The media ran it for eight months. The Kearny report published and obtained , says otherwise. Her father pulled Martin off her. She called the police. Martin went to Hudson County jail on an assault charge, and ICE took custody of him there on February 2.
She knew where he was and why. She told the country he was grabbed buying diapers.
Now Sacramento. Gurinder Gill told deputies ICE took his wife. ICE says it never touched the family. Her burned remains were found days before she was even reported missing. He's charged with her murder and held without bail. Charged, not convicted.
Patterns: Blame ICE and count on nobody verifying. When someone says they were “grabbed” there’s a record. To the media pull it before you print it. #MassDeportations
