Guy was on the halfway line with a flying knee and a fist in the guys face. He intended to harm and its gone as bad as it possibly could. He obviously didnt want to kill the guy but he had absolutely no regard for his safety when he did what he did. He should be charged

If you violate safety laws on the road and kill a pedestrian, "I didn't mean to" won't stop a criminal investigation. When a player makes an illegal, life-threatening challenge on the pitch, it shouldn't just be brushed off either. 9/10 that type of challenge is life threatening, and there was no need for Owono to do that, he simply wanted to leave one on the player
