If you are 30-something and reading this thinking your window has closed: The founders of Home Depot were 45. Colonel Sanders was 65. Stan Lee did not create the Marvel universe until his late 30s. Sam Walton opened his first Walmart at 44. You are not late. You are on time for the version of your life that requires the maturity you now have. The younger version could not have done this. Only you can.

One of the most common questions I get is: I have a 2:2, can I secure a fully funded scholarship? Or, I study Arts, can I get a funded Masters or PhD program? I think the issue here is that people have fallen into the danger of making one story THE definitive story. Applying to grad school is not like that. (Nothing in life is.) There are several factors that play into whether you get a fully funded graduate school admission or not. Think of your pursuit as a system, for instance, a football club, where different players are responsible for different parts. Ideally, you want to be strong in all areas. But that rarely happens. You play the hand you are dealt. The fact that you are weak in one arena (e.g. GPA) doesn't mean you can't still assemble a winning team/application. In grad school application, as in life, you won't have all the things you want but if you want it badly enough, you will find a way.

Damn 8 weeks?!
I put together a complete CCNA in 8 Weeks roadmap and decided to make it free for everyone. If you're preparing for the CCNA or want to become a Junior Network Engineer, this guide gives you a structured path instead of guessing what to study next. 🧵

I'm opening a small, highly selective CCNA mentorship program for professionals who are determined to earn their certification this year. This is not another study group. It's a structured, results-driven program designed for candidates who are committed to sitting for the CCNA exam immediately after completing the training. What to expect: 3 months of intensive, guided learning; 1 month of focused exam preparation, labs, mock tests, and review sessions; accountability, mentorship, and a curriculum built to help you pass Admission is based on commitment, not interest. To be considered, you must already have your CCNA exam scheduled or have your exam fee set aside. If you're still "thinking about it," this program isn't for you. I'm intentionally keeping the cohort small to ensure every participant receives the attention and support they need. If you meet the criteria and are ready to put in the work, send me a DM. There is also an entrance fee.

SOC is one of the most structured paths in cybersecurity. Unlike many other areas, it usually follows a clear progression with defined levels and responsibilities. Here is the difference between SOC Analyst L1, L2, L3 ↓ 🟢 L1 (Triage) → Monitor alerts → Investigate basics → Follow playbooks → Escalate Filtering noise ↓ 🟡 L2 (Investigation) → Deep dive alerts → Correlate logs → Build timelines → Root cause Connecting the dots ↓ 🔴 L3 (Advanced) → Handle complex threats → Build detections → Improve systems → Guide team Thinking ahead ↓ L1 → reacts L2 → investigates L3 → improves

Please who’s hiring? Earlier this year, I got laid off, quite a way to start the year. When I asked why, I was told the company was restructuring. Since then, I’ve been using my time/resources bootstrapping @StackshiftCloud from the ground up as a solo founder. I’m open to roles across backend, frontend, mobile and product engineering. If your team needs someone who can move across web, mobile, backend, and infrastructure, I’m available. Referrals and reposts would mean a lot.

You should read this!!!
No course will get you a cybersecurity job. Labs will. Here are the 10 you need to practice right now. 1. Covers log analysis, SIEM tools, threat detection, and incident response in a fully guided, beginner-friendly format. tryhackme.com/path/outline/s… 2. Once you finish Starting Point, move to the easy machines and build from there. hackthebox.com/starting-poin… 3. PortSwigger Web Security Academy: the best free resource for learning web application security. Every OWASP Top 10 vulnerability covered with real labs you actually hack, not just read about. Free. portswigger.net/web-security 4. Blue Team Labs Online: defensive security labs focused on forensics, threat hunting, SIEM analysis, and incident response. Built specifically for people who want to work on the blue team side. blueteamlabs.online 5. OWASP WebGoat: a deliberately insecure web application you run locally and attack. OverTheWire Bandit: a wargame that teaches Linux fundamentals, SSH, file permissions, and basic exploitation through progressive challenges. If your Linux skills are weak, start here before anything else. overthewire.org/wargames/ban… 9. Immersive Labs: used by enterprise security teams globally for hands-on skills development. Has a free tier with labs covering SOC, malware analysis, cloud security, and threat intelligence. immersivelabs.com   10.Cyberdefenders: blue team focused labs built around real-world attack scenarios with PCAP files, malware samples, and memory forensics. The closest thing to working a real incident without being on the clock. cyberdefenders.org The gap between people who get hired and people who keep applying is not certificates. It is lab hours. INSTEAD OF WATCHING AN HOUR OF NETFIX. This 32-min Stanford lecture will teach you more about living boldly than 10 years of self-help books.
Stop scrolling if you care about the future of music. 🧵 We just moved from "random AI noise" to pro-grade controllable music creation. @TadAI_official just dropped their 2.1 update, and it’s powered by Mureka V9—which Artificial Analysis officially ranked as the #1 AI music model globally for vocals and instrumentation. The sound quality isn't just "good for AI"—it sounds like a finished studio track. But the real game-changer is Reference Mode. Instead of typing 50 prompts hoping for a good beat, you can just upload a reference track. Tad AI decouples the audio, letting you steal just the melody or the exact vocal style to build something completely fresh. They also added a high-fidelity AI Cover & remastering feature that turns rough ideas into full-scale productions in clicks. The AI music race is officially moving at warp speed, and Tad 2.1 just set a brand new standard. #TadAI #AIMusic #TadAIMusicGenerator
