that nine-page document introduced an idea that would eventually inspire an entirely new digital economy. 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙟𝙖𝙣𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟗, 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙤𝙞𝙣’𝙨 𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙠 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙. 𝙤𝙣 𝙢𝙖𝙮 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟎, 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙯𝙡𝙤 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙚𝙘𝙯 𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙗𝙮 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝟏𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝙗𝙩𝙘 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙬𝙤 𝙥𝙞𝙯𝙯𝙖𝙨. 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙤𝙞𝙣 𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮. look at how far that original idea has travelled. but here’s something i find even more interesting. the story didn’t become meaningful simply because bitcoin existed. it became meaningful because people started experimenting with it, questioning it, building around it and discovering new possibilities. and that brings me to my own page 10. ➠💡𝘼 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜: 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙩. when i started exploring web3, one thing quickly became clear to me. there was so much happening at once. new protocols, wallets, decentralized applications, tokens, blockchain networks and projects introducing solutions to problems i had never considered before. at first, it was easy to get carried away by the excitement. but the more i explored, read project documentation, followed developments and created content around different web3 projects, the more i realised that understanding the technology matters far more than simply knowing its trending names. i learned that: * not every promising project will deliver what it promises. * understanding a wallet is just as important as knowing how to use one. * decentralization should mean more than a marketing statement. * research and security should always come before excitement. * the ability to ask questions is just as important as the ability to participate. these lessons have shaped how i approach the space today. what i would write on page 10: “𝚕𝚎𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚗𝚎𝚡𝚝 𝚐𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚒𝚗𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚒𝚝 𝚗𝚘𝚝 𝚓𝚞𝚜𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚝𝚎𝚌𝚑𝚗𝚘𝚕𝚘𝚐𝚢, 𝚋𝚞𝚝 𝚊𝚕𝚜𝚘 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚔𝚗𝚘𝚠𝚕𝚎𝚍𝚐𝚎 𝚝𝚘 𝚞𝚜𝚎 𝚒𝚝 𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚙𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚒𝚋𝚕𝚢. 𝚒𝚗𝚗𝚘𝚟𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚝 𝚞𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚌𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚜 𝚎𝚡𝚌𝚒𝚝𝚎𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝, 𝚋𝚞𝚝 𝚒𝚗𝚗𝚘𝚟𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚜𝚞𝚙𝚙𝚘𝚛𝚝𝚎𝚍 𝚋𝚢 𝚎𝚍𝚞𝚌𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚌𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚜 𝚕𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚟𝚊𝚕𝚞𝚎.” i believe this belongs on page 10 because the next stage of web3 should not be measured only by how many people enter the space, but by how many people genuinely understand what they are participating in. ➠ 🏗️ 𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣: 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙬𝙚𝙗𝟑 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙. one thing i have continued to believe in, even through changing market conditions, is the importance of building. we have seen different market cycles. we have experienced periods of excitement, uncertainty, growth and disappointment. but one thing remains interesting: development does not always stop when the market becomes quiet. people are still creating tools, improving infrastructure, exploring real-world applications and finding better ways to connect blockchain technology with everyday activities. that is what keeps me interested. i don’t believe the future of web3 should depend entirely on token prices or how quickly a project attracts attention. i believe it should depend on the usefulness of what people are building. what i would write on page 10: “𝚍𝚘𝚗’𝚝 𝚋𝚞𝚒𝚕𝚍 𝚘𝚗𝚕𝚢 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚘𝚏 𝚝𝚘𝚍𝚊𝚢. 𝚋𝚞𝚒𝚕𝚍 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚙𝚎𝚘𝚙𝚕𝚎 𝚠𝚑𝚘 𝚠𝚒𝚕𝚕 𝚗𝚎𝚎𝚍 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚜𝚘𝚕𝚞𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜 𝚝𝚘𝚖𝚘𝚛𝚛𝚘𝚠. 𝚖𝚊𝚛𝚔𝚎𝚝𝚜 𝚖𝚊𝚢 𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚎, 𝚗𝚊𝚛𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚟𝚎𝚜 𝚖𝚊𝚢 𝚍𝚒𝚜𝚊𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚛, 𝚋𝚞𝚝 𝚞𝚜𝚎𝚏𝚞𝚕 𝚒𝚗𝚗𝚘𝚟𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚑𝚊𝚜 𝚊 𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚜𝚘𝚗 𝚝𝚘 𝚜𝚞𝚛𝚟𝚒𝚟𝚎.” this is something i would want future builders, developers, creators and everyday participants to remember. because the strongest contribution we can make to this ecosystem is not simply talking about what web3 could become. it is contributing something that moves it closer to that reality. and perhaps that is the real meaning of page 10: taking responsibility for the next chapter instead of waiting for someone else to write it. 💬 𝗠𝗬 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡;- i’m taking part in mexc’s bitcoin whitepaper day campaign because i believe everyone who has interacted with this technology has a story worth contributing. the original whitepaper introduced an idea. the people who came after it gave that idea different meanings through their experiences. now, it’s our turn to add something. 𝗶𝗳 𝗶 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. because the next chapter deserves both. so, let me ask you: 𝙞𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙚, 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙣, 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙛 𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙥𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙣 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝟏𝟎? 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙮𝙥𝙩𝙤 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙤 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙩. 𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 is making digital experiences faster, smarter and more convenient. however, just like every powerful technology, it also comes with risks. one area that deserves more attention is how scammers are using AI to deceive people. today, creating a convincing fake identity, impersonating someone through their voice or generating manipulated images and videos is becoming easier. what makes this particularly dangerous is that these scams are no longer always obvious. sometimes, everything looks genuine enough to make an unsuspecting person lower their guard. this is why i find @MEXC 𝗺𝗲𝘅𝗰’𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗶 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽 initiative interesting and important. 𝙢𝙮 𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙯 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩: 𝟗𝟔/𝟏𝟎𝟎 i scored 𝟗𝟔/𝟏𝟎𝟎 in the spot the ai trap quiz. honestly, i’m pleased with the result because it reflects a good level of awareness when it comes to identifying potential ai-related threats. but beyond the number, my biggest takeaway is that being familiar with technology does not automatically make anyone immune to online scams. sometimes, the most convincing traps are the ones that look completely normal. my score tells me that i have a good understanding of some common warning signs, but it also reminds me that digital security is something i must continue learning about. 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘇 𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗶 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗺𝘀 there are several lessons i took away from the experience. ➠ not everything that looks real is real. ai can now generate realistic images, videos and even voices. scammers can use these tools to impersonate public figures, customer support representatives, friends or people users already trust. visual evidence alone is no longer enough to establish authenticity. ➠ urgency is one of the biggest warning signs. scammers often create situations that make people feel they must act immediately. messages about account suspension, urgent withdrawals, unexpected rewards or limited-time opportunities can push users into making decisions without proper verification. ➠ always verify before trusting. whether it is a message, website, social media account or investment opportunity, taking an extra moment to verify the source can prevent serious mistakes. it is better to double-check than to regret acting too quickly. ➠ protect sensitive information. passwords, private keys, recovery phrases and verification codes should never be shared with anyone. legitimate support representatives should not need your wallet recovery phrase or private key to resolve an issue. ➠ ai scams will keep evolving. as artificial intelligence becomes more advanced, scammers will continue finding new ways to exploit it. this means security awareness cannot be a one-time lesson. staying informed and adapting to new threats are equally important. 𝘄𝗵𝘆 @MEXC x @APCollectiveHub 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 one thing users should never overlook when choosing a crypto exchange is security. beyond trading opportunities, available assets and platform features, there should be confidence that the platform takes the protection of its users seriously. mexc recognises the importance of creating a safer trading environment and making security awareness part of the user experience. initiatives like spot the ai trap go beyond simply reminding people to be careful. they encourage users to understand emerging digital threats, recognise suspicious behaviour and become more conscious of the decisions they make online. 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗬 when people talk about real estate, they usually think about buying land, building houses or purchasing apartments to rent out. but there’s another side to the market: credit. in the United States, homeowners can borrow against their home equity through 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 (𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗦). these loans generate interest, creating a potential income source for investors exposed to the underlying credit. 𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘 brings exposure to a managed portfolio of these u.s. residential housing loans into an onchain investment structure. 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝟭 𝗨𝗦𝗗𝗖 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦 traditional private credit opportunities can require substantial capital and connections that smaller investors may not have. HOME introduces a different entry point. ▪︎ 𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚒𝚖𝚞𝚖 𝚍𝚎𝚙𝚘𝚜𝚒𝚝: 𝟷 𝚞𝚜𝚍𝚌 ▪︎ 𝚗𝚎𝚝𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚔: 𝚎𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚞𝚖 ▪︎ 𝚒𝚗𝚒𝚝𝚒𝚊𝚕 𝚟𝚊𝚞𝚕𝚝 𝚌𝚊𝚙: $𝟷𝟸 𝚖𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚘𝚗 ▪︎ 𝚕𝚊𝚞𝚗𝚌𝚑 𝚝𝚟𝚕: 𝚊𝚙𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚡𝚒𝚖𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚕𝚢 $𝟷𝟶 𝚖𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚘𝚗 ▪︎ 𝚞𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛𝚕𝚢𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚎𝚡𝚙𝚘𝚜𝚞𝚛𝚎: 𝚞.𝚜. 𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚒𝚍𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚒𝚊𝚕 𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚌𝚛𝚎𝚍𝚒𝚝. you deposit USDC into the HOME vault and receive 𝗻𝘃𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘 tokens representing your share of the vault. your 1 usdc doesn’t buy a house or give you ownership of someone’s property. it gives you exposure to a managed housing-credit strategy through a tokenized structure. that’s the interesting part: accessing real-world credit without needing the capital to purchase real estate yourself. 𝗔 𝟳.𝟬% 𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗔 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧-𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗦 𝗕𝗨𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗥 HOME targets a 7.0% annual policy rate, reviewed monthly, with HELOCs at launch. but there’s more to consider than the headline yield. ▪︎ a first-loss buffer targets 5% of the vault cap, designed to absorb portfolio losses before they reach nvHOME holders. ▪︎ Figure Investment Advisors LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser, manages the portfolio. ▪︎ a 5% liquidity sleeve supports redemptions, typically processed within three U.S. business days. these features are designed to support risk management and liquidity, but they don’t eliminate investment risk. the 7.0% is a target, not a guaranteed return. 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗥𝗪𝗔𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗘𝗙𝗜 what interests me most isn’t simply putting housing credit on a blockchain. it’s connecting traditional financial assets with infrastructure that crypto users can access. 1, 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗡𝗔𝗦𝗗𝗔𝗤: 𝗙𝗜𝗚𝗥), working with more than 600 lending partners, originates the loans, 2, while Figure Investment Advisors manages the portfolio. nvHOME is also designed to integrate with supported defi applications, creating possibilities for its use beyond the initial deposit. 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 $𝟭𝟮 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗽, 𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗹. my take? the future of rwas shouldn’t just be about turning assets into tokens. it should also be about making the financial opportunities behind those assets more accessible. HOME is an interesting example of how traditional housing credit can meet onchain finance, with a low entry point and a structure worth understanding. of course, low entry requirements don’t mean low risk. research the terms before participating. 1 usdc. US housing credit. onchain access. that’s the idea behind NUVA HOME. 🏡 deposit with 1 usdc & explore: app.nuva.finance/

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗫𝗘𝗡: 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔 𝗕𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗢𝗞𝗘𝗡 𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗦 one of the biggest problems in crypto isn’t the lack of new projects. it’s the difficulty of knowing whether a token launch has been designed with transparency and fairness in mind. every day, new projects enter the market with promises of innovation, community ownership, and opportunities for early supporters. yet, questions about allocation, launch conditions, and who gets access first can make participation difficult to evaluate. this is where @PraxenProtocol comes into the conversation. rather than treating token launches as just another way to introduce a token to the market, praxen is building toward a different standard: launch infrastructure designed around transparent rules, verifiable allocations, and fairer token distribution. the interesting part is the problem it wants to address before a launch even begins. let’s break it down. check out this thread below and video ad👇🧵📹
