How dumb can you be and still breathe.
The British people voted to leave the European Union.
Yet here we are again, with Prime Minister Andy Burnham in Berlin talking about bringing Britain closer to Europe.
We voted to stand on our own two feet, make our own laws and determine our own future.
We did not vote for a slow, gradual return to Brussels.
In my view, Burnham's continued push for closer EU ties is part of a longer term ambition to take Britain back into the European Union.
That would completely undermine the democratic decision made by millions of British people in 2016.
We voted to leave. That decision deserves to be respected.

Covering car parks with solar panels is a hell of a lot more sensible than plastering them over prime farmland.
