Another activist, named Sainam, has been arrested on charges under the Public Cleanliness Act and the Ancient Monuments, Antiques, Objects of Art and National Museums Act, said Thai Lawyers for Human Rights (TLHR).
The charges resulted from an incident in March 2023, in March 2023 where a 25-year-old activist sprayed an anarchist symbol and the number 112, with a strike through it, onto the wall of the Temple, located within the Grand Palace.
TLHR said that Sainam arrived at Grand Palace Police Station at around 18.05.

Two activists have been arrested after being accused of blocking a royal motorcade.
Tantawan Tuatulanon was arrested along with Frank while in front of the Ratchadapisek Criminal Court and charged with sedition and violation of the Computer Crimes Act. The charges resulted from an incident on 7 February 2024, when the pair honked their vehicle's horn after being stopped to make way for a royal motorcade. They were also accused of blocking the motorcade.
In a Facebook post from 11 February, Tantawan said that she did not block or cut off the motorcade. She also said she did not know that there was going to be a motorcade. She was on the way back from a funeral, and admitted that she was speeding because she was in a hurry.
Thai Lawyers for Human Rights (TLHR) said that, at around 17.40, Tantawan and Frank were brought to Din Daeng Police Station.

Prachatai reporter Nutthaphol Meksobhon and Spacebar photographer Natthaphon Phanphongsanon were released at around 16.30 today (13 February).
After the court ordered them temporarily detained for 12 days, they were granted bail using a security of 35,000 baht each.
