Check out my new article for @TheFlawMagazine on the NYT’s anti-trans reporting, the self-serving fiction of “neutral” journalism, and the profitability of feeding the trans moral panic.
Irresponsible trans reporting also creates revenue. @TheFlawMagazine published an in-depth look at media profiting off of publishing anti-trans rhetoric and spurring anti-trans animus. The piece focuses on “the distinct culpability of @nytimes”: theflaw.org/articles/profiti…

Zohran didn’t concede on immigration or trans rights to extract concessions from Trump. Critics kept saying his vision is a pipe dream because he’ll never get federal support for it but now he got it and they need new lines. He exceeded your expectations and you can’t process it.
Question: Is there another Democrat who could get away with being this openly cozy with Trump? Another: Is there another Republican who could get away with being this openly cozy with Mamdani? A third: What does this tell us about both men and their followers?

This is a huge scandal. Under pressure, a Dem rep said she would refuse AIPAC money. So instead Hakeem Jeffries is secretly funneling AIPAC money into her race through a shadow super PAC. Party leaders don’t even consider the notion of sticking to her promise.
Just out: Rep. Valerie Foushee said she would decline AIPAC's financial support in the #NC04 primary, but a pop-up super PAC with ties to a reclusive billionaire AIPAC donor has dropped $600k for her... so far. readsludge.com/2026/02/26/ai…

If you're wondering why some elected Democrats don't message like this, it's because private equity pays them to not message like this.

Incredible that the DNC won’t release this autopsy because apparently they don’t like the findings. They’d rather keep losing than admit their support for genocide cost them.
.@hollyotterbein scoops: Top Dem officials who worked on the party's still-secret autopsy of the 2024 election concluded that Kamala Harris lost significant support because of the Biden administration's approach to the war in Gaza. axios.com/2026/02/22/dnc-202…

Defunding the building of these “detention centers” should be a central demand from Dems. ICE is deeply unpopular and this price tag is objectively obscene. But the consultancy braintrust determined any demand for “defunding” was taboo so its body cams and redundant legal tweaks
Breaking news: ICE expects to spend $38.3 billion on its plan to acquire warehouses across the U.S. and retrofit them into immigrant detention centers that can hold tens of thousands of people, according to agency documents. wapo.st/4rdkbuF

If Gavin Newsom is willing to do this with his own hands, to the most vulnerable, at the behest of rich people in San Francisco, he will definitely sacrifice working class and poor people as president on behalf billionaires like Bezos, Zuckerberg, Elon, and Bill Gates.
Sorry but I just absolutely refuse to vote for the guy who made a very public showing of throwing away everything his constituents living on the street own to make big tech freaks in San Francisco happy.

Much-deserved recognition of @MorePerfectUS, which consistently produces serious investigative reporting and spotlights working class perspectives that too often don’t reach the halls of power. An enormous public service, especially as traditional journalistic outlets get gutted and big money prioritizes punditry over real reporting.
"One of the fastest-growing left-wing pages on YouTube doesn’t look like other online political content... More Perfect Union has added more subscribers in the past 90 days than any other liberal or progressive political channel on YouTube and the third most overall..." Corporations will not exploit working people in NYC. Uber Eats, Fantuan & HungryPanda broke the law — shortchanging workers while raking in profits. Today, we secured $5M+ in restitution for 49,000 delivery workers. Let this be a warning: steal wages, face the consequences.
