You can now drop your own MRI into the nervous system atlas locally!
DICOM folder/zip or NIfTI is input. Your scan appears as a slice contrast next to the T1/T2, registered into MNI space with ANTs and defaced.

A 3D neuroanatomy atlas that runs in a browser. Everything is in MNI152 space, the same coordinates as the template MRI, so the model and the scan correspond and you can move between them.

I fed GPT-6 Astra 9 crappy photos of my studio and it was able to understand the spatial arrangement, stitch them together and create a fully interactive 3D model of the space.
Absurd. I'll link it below so you can check it out for yourself:
ChatGPT Images 2.5—faster, sharper, smarter, with better tools for creating whatever you can dream of.
- Faster image generation to keep your ideas flowing
- Improved fidelity for more natural, recognizable images
- Consistent details across multiple edits
- Comment-based edits to change only what you want

GPT-6 Astra is a Blender artist who just needs a sketch.
This completely changes reality, the game will never be the same again.
He was given an old drawing of a steam locomotive and in a few minutes: 3295 fully editable 3D objects, clean geometry, ready to work on.
You set the level of detail. Astra does the rest.
The obstacle to 3D modeling is no longer skill. It is having a drawing.

I used GPT-6 Astra to create a 3D website that breaks down how Michelangelo carved David (most famous Renaissance art) into 3,672 individual chisel strokes.
Watch a masterpiece happen, one strike at a time.

Was inspired by this post to try a quick GPT6 Astra test for medical education- I always had trouble remembering the various eponymous shoulder physical examination maneuvers...

This is getting ridiculous.
Chat GPT 6 Astra just turned a single image into a working product demo.

GPT-6 Astra just one-shot this deep-space cruiser that you can fly through
It cost 75K tokens and took 26 minutes with no revisions

So far very impressed with Astra, albeit used 4x weekly usage limits in 36h
Here, it segmented organs from CT and MRI, and ran them through Blender

GPT-6 Astra one-shotted this entire 3D Threejs website
AI is getting scary good.

I did a GPT-6 Astra demo turning Zillow listing into a video that hit 1.6M views. Two common asks: "show a normal house, not a $49M castle" and "what's the actual use case."
I found a house that recently had a price cut. The listing photos aren't very appealing (no staging), so I asked the model to remodel and stage it.
I did two passes this time. In the first pass, some of the remodeling didn't make sense, like turning closets into windows. I just pointed out the inaccurate or weird changes.
The final 3D model is much more accurate than the castle, as there are fewer things to model. The new photos look much better than the listing photos. Modeling and adjustment took about 3 hours.
Homeowners could iterate on a 3D model before actually remodeling their house. The same idea applies to venues redecorating before a major event. There are already companies that build photorealistic 3D models of venues with human artists. Museums and attractions could also use them for virtual immersive experiences.
There are probably many other uses I haven't thought of. Let me know in the comments.
GPT-6 Astra is a beast. Give it a Zillow listing. It can 3D model the house based on the listing photos and create a cool promotion video.
The video was just created in one shot and there are still some wrong details. But I am sure it will be much better if I ask it to polish further. OpenAI is so back.

Instant digital version of your bookshelf 🤯
I spit out my coffee after Astra one-shotted this during breakfast.
Just snap a photo of a bookshelf and get an instant real-time 3D bookshelf.
Searchable. Linked to goodreads. Wow.
