The Rare Barrel 2018, barrel N6Z, a beautiful mix of yeast and bacteria from one single oak barrel. No on draft, we were only able to package a few kegs of the single oak barrel. The majority of The Rare Barrel 2018 is being used to ferment future batches in our barrel cellar.
