Jacob Misiorowski is awesome. But here's his innings by year: 2023: 20 GS, 71.2 IP 2024: 21 GS, 97.1 2025: 26 GS, 129.1 2026: 30 GS, 174.2 (regular) + 3 GS, 13.1 (playoffs) Dude eclipsed his career high workload in August. It's October 28th. He's battling courageously.

Can’t punt 15-18 outs from your Game 5 starter for three outs in Game 4. Jacob Misiorowski was never coming into that game last night. TB had to with Nick Martinez because it’s an elimination game. When you’re up 3-0, you don’t have to be desperate.

Was the decision to save The Miz for Game 5 the right one?

@Russ_Dorsey1 told @jasonfitz and @carolinefenton1 that keeping Jacob Misiorowski for his start in Game 5 was more valuable than burning him in the 12th inning of Game 4.
