SQUINK HALLOWEEN EDITION — OFFICIAL BURN PROCESS
The burn process officially begins today. All existing holders are requested to burn their Halloween Edition NFTs within the following window.
Burn Window:
Start: November 5, 17:00 UTC
Deadline: November 7, 17:00 UTC
How to Burn Your NFT:
Open your wallet and select your Squink Halloween Edition NFT.
Transfer your NFT directly to the official burn address below.
Official Burn Address:
0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD
Important Reminders:
Transferring your NFT to this address will permanently burn it.
Make sure your wallet has sufficient ETH to cover the transaction gas fee.
Carefully copy and paste the exact burn address.
Do not add any extra spaces, characters, or symbols to the address.
We've received several comments from holders experiencing errors during the process. Please double-check the burn address and ensure you have enough ETH for gas before attempting the transfer.
Already Burned?
If you've already burned your NFT, you're all set! No further action is required.
Haven't Burned Yet?
Your replacement NFT will remain on hold until you burn your previous Halloween Edition NFT. The new NFT will only be transferred once the original NFT has been successfully burned.
We'll handle the remaining migration process according to the previously shared relaunch plan.

HALLOWEEN EDITION — RELAUNCH & TOKENOMICS UPDATE 🎃🦑
Here's an important update regarding the Halloween Edition collection and our upcoming relaunch plan.
The current collection was deployed fully on-chain, meaning its core parameters are immutable. We cannot increase the public mint supply or mint additional NFTs through the admin wallet.
After discussing this with the team, we've decided on the following plan:
1. Existing NFT Burn — November 5–6
All holders who have already minted the Halloween Edition must burn their existing NFTs between November 5–6 to participate in the relaunch migration.

2. Relaunch Date — November 7
Halloween Edition will relaunch on OpenSea as a standard NFT collection.
3. Existing Minters
Every previous minter will receive the exact same NFT number, airdropped to the original wallet that completed the mint.
4. Second Chance for Eligible Wallets
Wallets that haven't minted yet will get another opportunity, with a 1-hour time window to claim their NFTs.
5. Existing Minters Excluded
Wallets that have already minted will be removed from the eligibility list for this second opportunity.
6. Public Mint
If any NFTs remain after eligible wallets have had their opportunity, the remaining supply will open to the public, with a maximum of 3 NFTs per wallet.
7. ETH Revenue Allocation & $SQUINK Buybacks
Here's how the ETH generated from the remaining NFT mints will be utilized:
The funds will be used to buy back Squink NFTs and $SQUINK tokens.
50% of the $SQUINK tokens purchased through these buybacks will be permanently burned.
The remaining funds will be converted into native $SQUINK and deposited directly into the Squink Treasury.
Our goal is to protect previous minters, provide a fair second opportunity, and create additional value for the Squink ecosystem.
More details will follow as we finalize the relaunch.
