Things I did to achieve an aesthetic physique ✍️ -Too much volume: The most important change I made was lowering my volume but going to failure for 2 sets -300 Cal Surplus: Must be eating clean - 6 Day Split -Minimum 7 hours of sleep 😴 -Progressive Overload: Necessity ✅
