Back in July 2023, I went undercover to try to fully understand the RL woke agenda. What I discovered will shock you. Since then it's been my mission to expose every last one of them. @RocketLeague @RLEsports
The item shop system is corrupt which is why I refuse to take part in it. I will never bow and beg for items.

WOW.
I made fun of this guy ONE TIME over a year ago for an extremely “woke” take.
Since then he follows me around and repeatedly calls me a “racist and a pedophile”
I’ve asked for any sort of proof multiple times (which he never provides) and claims that’s evidence and means I’m guilty???
Now he’s threatening physical violence…(against X terms of services with ACTUAL proof!)
This is the future if we don’t stand up and stop the woke mind virus - Steve

📖 Steve’s True Stories 📖
Back in 2016 while playing on console I encountered a RL “key” (credits) seller selling for 80 cents a key. Being a trusted repeat customer this individual started giving me special deals on bulk purchases worth hundreds of dollars.
One day I asked him “how he has so many keys?”
He laughed, and said “I have over a million keys in my inventory”. There was an awkward silence until he spoke again and said, “I’m not joking”.
I thanked him for the keys and left the call. I never spoke to him after that. Shortly after there was a mass ban on all the major key sellers in the community.
Could he have been exaggerating? Or was there some sort of exploit that Psyonix swept under the rug? - Steve

📢 Important Update from Steve:
Once again my account was suspended. What did I do this time you might ask…
All I did was repost images from a rocket league content creator. I warned the viewer and even flagged the images as sensitive.
Somehow my post was reported as “non consensual nudity” even though there was no nudity. The original post is still up on @OneTonUpton profile.
I had the option to appeal the decision or delete the post and face a temporary ban. After discussions with my team, we decided the best course of action was to delete the post instead of spending weeks winning yet another appeal.
I apologize for not responding to any replies or messages during this ban.
Also want to reiterate that deleting the post is not admitting defeat. Instead we will use this time to reload until the next false accusation.
As always, any tips or any topics you would like my team to investigate, do not hesitate to tag me
Respectfully,
Steve

This was the after party for the Raleigh Major. She had a young child and husband at home. It is also my understanding that she was the one who helped organized this event.
By no means is this an excuse for the allegations made against certain individuals at worlds, however I think as a community we should take a look at the culture and reckless behavior by content creators that have allowed for this environment to exist. - Steve

Seeing a lot of disappointing takes on sexual assault coming from the rocket league community. Seeing comments about what women wear at LANs, about women being women & just wanting to ruin careers, etc.
Here’s the thing: you can have opinions on how something showed up on your timeline and not agree with it AND not start diminishing sexual assault.
You can have opinions about it being talked about publicly in that way AND not start tearing down the person whose clip you saw just because they’re a woman as well.
Using misogyny & berating comments just makes you a vile human.
This, along with everything with the Cornell 7 rapists this week & the online comments towards victims is awful. Every situation you disagree with is not an invitation to start attacking the woman who DO speak up.
What a sad platform this continues to become, over and over again.
The RL community can’t handle what goes on behind the scenes. Enough to shock the conscious - Steve

[SOURCES] A 24-team league partner program will be coming to the #RLCS as early as December.
The season will begin with a 24-organization kickoff event, and then run a competitive online league in a shortened season.
After a culminating LAN in North America, the esport will be taking a reported competitive break while UE6 is integrated, and competitions are expected to resume with the Esports World Cup in late summer.

The Rocket League community is embarrassing at times.
Someone explain why people hating on this? He did it for $100 and did not take very long. That’s actually pretty impressive.

Well, I think it’s about time to make this unofficial and temporary break I’ve been on in to something a little more official and a lot less temporary 😅
In a bit under a month, I’ll be turning 23. Coincidentally, it’ll have been 9 years since I first purchased Rocket League on PC and over 10 since I first played on Xbox in 2016 as a 12 year old in eighth grade. Safe to say I never could have foreseen how much that decision would shape my life and the man I am today.
I’ve been able to travel the world, meet thousands of new people, and entertain many thousands more both watching in person at events and watching along at home. I’ve had innumerable sleepless nights, I’ve celebrated incredible wins and I’ve shed countless tears over crushing defeats. I’ve met so many people whom I now consider great friends and I reckon I’ll know for much longer than my playing career. I was able to take my parents to places they never would have gone and introduced them to an incredible group of other parents with whom they’re now close friends. I’ve been able to live and experience more life in these few short years than many people ever do.
I was just a small part of making this dream come true. Though I’ve been the one lucky enough to hold the controller, all of this would never have been possible without the help of so many other people. Thank you to my parents and my friends for supporting Robert as well as Comm. Thank you to every coach and teammate and manager I’ve had along the way that always believed in me. Thank you to every person at every organization that supported me fully and without question for years. Thank you to every opponent I’ve been fortunate enough to practice and compete against. Thank you to everyone working tirelessly behind the scenes to make competitive Rocket League something that’s even possible to pursue as a dream. None of this would have been possible for me to achieve without each and every one of you.
And perhaps most importantly, thank you to all of the fans. There’s nothing I looked forward to more in this game than making LANs and having the pleasure to meet so many of you that supported me over the years. Taking pictures, giving countless autographs, and having so many wonderful conversations with all of you was my small way of trying to give back for years and years of endless support and love and it was my absolute favorite part of being a professional Rocket League player.
Though this marks the end of my playing career, I’d hate to go too far. I’ve always had so much love for the game at the highest level and I’ve always thought coaching would be something that suited me pretty well, so maybe if I’m lucky you guys could see me on stage again, albeit in a slightly different capacity.
And just a heads up, I will be at Worlds in Fort Worth in a couple weeks! So if any one of you would like to say hi, please do!
For all of you that cheered for me and booed me over the years, thank you and I hope you enjoyed the show. 😜
