It's pretty insane that anyone can now reverse-engineer any business with AI in 10 minutes (using REA).
Here's how:
1. Grab the viral REA (Reverse Engineer Anything) GitHub repo and have Claude turn it into a skill called /reverse-engineer

2. Run: "/reverse-engineer [company name + website]"
3. Have it break down anything you want
โข who they sell to (ICP)
โข how they make money (offers)
โข where their traffic comes from (funnels)
โข what they're doing that competitors aren't (market edge)
4. Iterate
One cool thing you can do is build your own version.
Tell Claude:
"How can we build this for [my] business?"
"What features can we implement?"

Ed Sheeran could do the funniest thing possible at his next gig.
Instead of looking for new opening acts, or simply going without, he could bring out a surprise guest for a lengthy set from none other than Taylor Swift.
The audience would absolutely lose it, in the best possible way, and the tour would attract a ridiculous amount of attention.
Iโm not saying this as some huge fan of Swiftโs music. Iโm not. But I recognise the impact she has, and Ed and Taylor are reportedly very close friends.
It would be one giant middle finger to the artists who thought their boycott would somehow bring Ed to his knees.
Thatโs what I think should happen, anyway. It would be genuinely brilliant.
