Carla Wyatt, the Democrat Treasurer of Harris County, Texas, has been accused of not carrying insurance after allegedly causing a 4-car collision last month.
Wyatt has already been arrested MULTIPLE times since taking office, including at least two DWIs and a burglary charge.
She's up for re-election next week.
