“Schools have bigger issues to deal with than the dress code!!!” Yeah, they have those bigger issues because they refuse to hold the line on smaller stuff like the dress code

Man wouldn’t know a statement of truth if it was the last thing standing between he and his maker.
Trump in his rally speech tonight: "China makes the windmills, but try finding a wind farm in China. There is no such." Here's a map of wind farms in China, which has by far the most wind capacity in the world and continues to install far more than any other country:

The United States is the world's largest exporter of diesel. There is no shortage of diesel in The United States since Trump continues to allow its export. There is only the global price and global market place. Trump buying Russian diesel does not increase supply and it will not make anything cheaper for anyone.

President Trump’s decision to lift sanctions on Russian fuel amidst Putin’s ongoing and brutal attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine makes no sense and is a betrayal of the legacy and leadership of the late Senator Lindsey Graham. While Ukraine fights for its survival, Putin’s war machine continues to prosecute his terrorist war on civilian populations and innocent Ukrainians are dying every day. Now, Instead of implementing the tough sanctions Lindsey Graham fought to his last breath to enact, President Trump has announced the United States is lifting sanctions on Russian energy, fueling the Putin’s war machine. As I saw firsthand in Ukraine last month, Putin is losing this war. Ukraine has fought the Russian military to a standstill and reinvented warfare with drones taking the fight into the heart of Russia. America should not be throwing a lifeline to Putin’s war machine. Now is the time to stand strong against Russian aggression as we did during the first Trump administration. Putin doesn’t want peace. Putin wants Ukraine. I have no doubt that if Putin overruns Ukraine, it will only be a matter of time until Russia’s military crosses a border that our troops will have to deal with him. America is the Leader of the Free World. For our National Security, for the security of our Allies in Europe including Ukraine, President Trump should rescind this deal immediately and return to the strong policies of our four years in the White House; impose harsh sanctions on any nation purchasing Russian energy and work with our allies to ensure Ukraine has the military support it needs to repel and defeat this Russian invasion once and for all. Jonathan Vogel practices education law, is a former federal prosecutor in Charlotte and is a former deputy general counsel for the US Department of Education. If you ask a lab to create someone to comment on the ongoing CMS investigations, odds are it would create him. He says the feds are looking into more than just bad contracting and shoddy transparency.

The CMS Board is facing another investigation. In addition to the SBI and State Auditor, the Department of Public Instruction has launched a probe. Statement: The allegations that have been raised regarding alleged financial irregularities within transactions involving Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (“CMS”) are serious and warrant careful review. The State Board of Education has both a constitutional responsibility and a statutory obligation under G.S. 115C-451 to ensure that public education funds are managed lawfully and responsibly. We expect full cooperation from local officials as this review proceeds. If the facts establish violations of state fiscal requirements, the State Board will take whatever actions are authorized and necessary to protect public funds and uphold public confidence in North Carolina's public schools. The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (“DPI”) and the State Board will coordinate and cooperate with authorized state and local agencies conducting reviews or investigations related to these matters and will provide information and assistance as permitted by law and consistent with their respective authorities. We also recognize that recent changes in CMS leadership may create challenges for the district and its school communities. While appropriate accountability and oversight remain essential, our foremost concern is ensuring continuity of educational services for students. DPI and the State Board stand ready to provide technical assistance, guidance, and support within the scope of their statutory responsibilities as district leaders work through this transition. To that end, the Superintendent and the State Board will engage with CMS leadership to discuss and determine appropriate next steps. Our shared goal is to ensure that any concerns are addressed thoroughly and transparently, that public confidence is maintained, and that students, educators, and families continue to be served effectively throughout this challenging period.

People keep saying Trump term II is the most corrupt administration ever, so I built a model to find out if it was true. I took the UN's definition of corruption, turned it into eight criteria and 100 points, and scored the leaders history remembers for looting their countries: Marcos, Suharto, Mobutu, Abacha, Obiang, Putin. Then I put every president since Eisenhower on the same scale, both parties, with every exoneration counted right alongside the convictions. Nixon scored 41 and no other American President scored over a 25. Trump's second term scored a 91, which ties him with Suharto and Mobutu and puts him above Marcos and Abacha. So he is not only the most corrupt president in American history. At this pace he finishes his term level with the most corrupt rulers of the last hundred years. PSA: don't come in my comments arguing about the results if you haven't read the full article, because ignorance is a choice. Full article is up now on my Substack (link in bio) and it's free.

The American people deserve a president, not a day trader. This should be illegal, full stop.

E ben ci sta.

Guy is an absolute idiot.
Trump: “We could do tremendous good for ourselves by just not trading with countries. We lose $200 billion dollars a year with the European Union. If I didn't trade with them, we would lose nothing.” Dumbest. President. Ever.

Surely this is fake news. @realDonaldTrump told me that he was charging Americans import taxes today to prompt massive growth in our manufacturing construction. Are you suggesting mfg const is slowing along with mfg jobs ??? /s
American factory construction continued declining in official data released today as CHIPS Act projects finish, IRA projects get cancelled, and tariffs weigh on nearly all industries Total US factory construction is down 33% from its 2024 highs and 20% over the last year alone

Indeed pray this is not the case.
This is Maj. Alex Klinner. He was killed March 12 during Operation Epic Fury. His widow said Sunday death benefits aren’t being provided as the war wasn't formally declared. MAGA is too weak to actually declare war & is leaving dead soldiers’ families holding the bag. Pathetic.

Tim used to be a good dude. He’s an empty husk now
Tim Scott: "The original sin of costs in America in the last eight years goes back to Joe Biden." Welker: "President Trump has been in office for two years." Tim Scott: "Let me finish. Let me finish. Let me finish. Let me finish. President Trump has brought inflation down." Welker: "Inflation was at 3% when President Biden left office. It's at 3.4% right now…Gas prices are over $4 a gallon, up over a dollar from a year ago. President Trump's tariffs have cost American households nearly $2,000."

The Strait of Hormuz was open before Trump launched his war against Iran. Celebrating its reopening as an "achievement" of Trump diplomacy is illogical. Please stop accepting this White House framing.
