Infielders: my 3 favorite sprints to help lateral movement/force transfer
1. Lateral jump to sprint: move opposing to enhance move back
2. Pulsing sprint: create rhythm, plyo effect on back leg & natural drop step
3. Lateral shuffle to sprint: rhythm, fluidity & rapid change

Shout out to @StrikeForceBB for giving back. Stop by and donate for the homeless, they need clothing, blankets, coats. Players compete in a fun day with hittrax, wiffle ball, dodge ball, just asking for a donation for homeless. Thanks to our man Bradley for putting this together.

@DBBaseballClub did you know during the 1/31 scout day this is the level and quality of staff that will be on hand? It is a full day of evaluation and development. Very excited to bring this to @StrikeForceBB and #ChangeTheGame in NE Ohio. Contact Casey before it's sold out.
