BREAKING: US issues final warning to Iran, telling Tehran it can avoid a strike only by handing its highly enriched uranium over to the United States, ending all attacks and military operations across the region, and opening the Strait of Hormuz, per Channel 12.
Iran rejected the proposals, which were delivered by Qatari mediators today. "The only thing we received is a list of unacceptable ideas. We will not compromise on the nuclear issue," a senior Iranian official told Reuters.
Iran said last week that not a single particle of enriched nuclear material would leave Iran.
It comes as the US and Israel are readying to launch heavy joint combat operations against Iran right after the midterm elections.

I really understand this angle (I wouldn't want Ethan to harm himself either or make this any worse for his family - he's still a human being at the end of the day)

Ethan is a grown man who made a series of bad decisions that have now put him in this predicament. Having mental health problems doesn't excuse you from accountability.
Also let's not forget that Ethan has been extremely critical, and in some instances, very nasty towards a lot of people throughout his career. You don't get to jump in the arena and go after people, mock them, criticize them, etc. and get a hall pass from the same coming back to you when your faults are highlighted for everyone to see. I won't pretend to treat all his beefs the same because they're not, but it's not like he's had one or two little feuds here and there. I can think of like a dozen different people he's had actual spats or beef with.
Nobody else would be given this level of protection from valid criticism so I don't think he should magically be treated differently because people SPECULATE he could harm himself.
Ultimately when you choose to build a career out of beefing with everyone using a brand you and your wife built over many years, and then decide voluntarily to burn your marriage and family to the ground (possibly with an employee of this brand), people are going to notice it and give you exactly the same treatment you knew you'd get. There is a zero percent chance someone as social media savvy (and neurotic over his public perception) as Ethan Klein had no idea this would be the outcome.
Sadly, it is what it is. 🤷

Let’s all not jump on Ethan. Yes it was horrible, wrong, unfair, and stupid of him to do what he did. Yes, his actions are unforgivable. Yes he should disappear from the internet.
And of course I feel for Hila, and I know exactly how that kind of betrayal feels. Having a partner for over a decade, a majority of your life, betray you in that way, and to catch them in the lies. I’ve been in those exact shoes.
However Ethan has a serious history of mental health issues. He has talked about how Hila has pulled him back from the edge multiple times, and I don’t want to see the climax of this drama end in a loss of life.
You think it’s hard on the kids now? Imagine how difficult growing up without him entirely would be, vs seeing him every other weekend and Wednesdays.

The Epic Games CEO called the policy “abhorrent,” arguing that developers are being forced to make a “political statement” that could be used against them by a “hate mob.”
Sweeney has been criticizing the policy since 2025, previously comparing the disclosure to a “Scarlet Letter” and arguing that AI will eventually be part of almost every game production process.
