This is just a plain funny twist. Not to mention clever. I won’t tip my hand on any political leaning—although I will guess David O’Keefe leans toward the Dems as he holds up this statement outside the HQ of one of the better known law firms in Manhattan.
With talk of “affordability” key to mid-term elections, it's a good time to re-up this viewpoint—especially in NYC. I see nothing progressive or great about a policy that allows many mid-six-figure households to get and hold onto massive rent discounts.
