Dear @ritualnet team, my fam 💚🫶 I want to raise something I believe deserves serious consideration before the final community allocation is decided. I’ve been part of Ritual since November 1st, 2025, and I’ve stayed consistently active throughout this journey, contributing to the community in my own way. My contribution may look different from someone else’s. And that’s exactly why I think the distribution should recognize different levels and types of contribution Some people built. Some tested. Some created content. Some educated others. Some moderated. Some helped newcomers. Others stayed consistently active for months, supporting the ecosystem and contributing in ways that may not fit into one simple category. Everyone’s contribution can be different. But different shouldn’t mean invisible. The 0.5% community allocation also raises some important questions. How was this number decided? How will the Genesis 1000 holders be recognized? Will there be a specific allocation reserved for Genesis holders? And how will long-term contributors be distinguished from people who only participated occasionally? I believe Genesis deserves special consideration because of the role those early supporters played in Ritual’s journey. This is where I think Ritual could take inspiration from what Monad did. Monad used different Discord tiers based on community contribution and activity, with each tier receiving a different airdrop allocation. Ritual could potentially build something similar: → A dedicated Genesis tier → OG / long-term contributors → Builders → Content & education → Community contributors → Active users Different levels of contribution could then receive different allocations I also believe the community allocation should be reconsidered. With a 10B total supply: 0.5% = 50M RITUAL 1.5% = 150M 2% = 200M Personally, I believe a 1.5–2% community allocation would give Ritual much more room to recognize its contributors. And within that allocation, I’d strongly encourage Ritual to reserve a meaningful portion specifically for Genesis 1000 holders. The remaining allocation could then be distributed through contribution-based tiers. I also don’t believe increasing the community allocation within this range would hurt the project. If anything, keeping more meaningful ownership in the hands of active contributors could help keep the community close to Ritual after TGE. A community that feels recognized has more reason to stay active, build, create, test, onboard new users and keep contributing to the network. The goal shouldn’t only be distributing tokens. It should be keeping the people who helped build the community connected to the network for the long term. For me personally, I’ve been here since November 1st and stayed consistently active throughout the year. My contribution is different from everyone else’s, just as everyone else has their own story of contribution. That’s why I don’t think a completely flat distribution can fully capture what people actually gave to the ecosystem. This is not an objection to Ritual’s decisions, and it’s definitely not meant to create FUD or pressure the team. The team knows the project better than anyone, and ultimately the decisions are theirs. This is simply a suggestion from community members who genuinely care about Ritual and want to see the ecosystem stay strong for the long term. We’re suggesting: **1.5–2% community allocation a meaningful portion dedicated to Genesis 1000 contribution-based Discord tiers different allocations based on each tier.** Not because we expect something. But because we believe the people who stayed, contributed and supported Ritual should have a meaningful connection to what comes next.
