We’re drowning in headlines about AI. It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking only about the short term—the next product release, the next headline etc. But in doing so I feel like sometimes we fail to confront the bigger picture of technological waves unfolding over many decades and what this means for the future of the nation state and for humanity itself.
