NOT a Texas father! He is an ILLEGAL ALIEN from Mali with a final order of removal from a judge, who said he’s homosexual in order to dodge deportation - despite having a wife and two kids at home. Wonder why @60Minutes didn’t ask him about that.
A Texas father who had lived in the U.S. for 25 years with no criminal record was finishing his night shift as an Uber driver when immigration agents detained him. Without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge, he was put on a plane and sent first to Ghana, a country where he had no ties. He was then sent to his home country, despite a determination by a U.S. immigration court judge that he could not be deported there due to likely persecution. cbsn.ws/3Ude66r

I care too much for the kids of Florida who need vouchers to play around with voting for Dems. I also know if we were to have another COVID, Jolly will take his marching orders from the DNC. No thanks.

Being on the left is toxic and disgusting af. If you choose to vote for David Jolly and Angie Nixon, who have thousands of supporters just like this, you need to check yourself as a conservative.
🚨 BREAKING: Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo JUST REVOKED the nursing license of labor and delivery nurse Lexie Lawler for saying about Karoline Leavitt's coming child — "I hope you f*cking rip from bow to stern and never sh*t normally again, you c*nt." NOT IN FLORIDA! 🔥 AG JAMES UTHMEIER: "Effective today, Lexie Lawler is no longer allowed to practice nursing in Florida." "Making statements that wish pain and suffering on anyone, when those statements are directly related to one's practice, is an ethical red line we should not cross." "I'm proud of Surgeon Gen. Ladapo for taking this decisive action." h/T @libsoftiktok FLORIDA DOES IT RIGHT. FAFO!

Florida still restricts SBR and SBS 790.221. Hoping @AGJamesUthmeier will issue some guidance on this. My question is the phrase "under provisions of federal law" since the federal law still technically exists, even if it's not currently being enforced.

This is left-wing advocacy, not reporting. DeFede buries the DCA’s actual findings: not public money, the grand jury overstepped its authority, the report was improperly disclosed, and State Attorney Jack Campbell broke the law. Usual “scandal” framing and a forced narrative.
This morning I examine the appeals court striking down the Hope Florida grand jury report, @GovRonDeSantis’s reaction, and why his admin’s decision to take $10 million that could have helped Floridians but instead ended up in his PAC, remains an issue cbsnews.com/miami/news/desan…

Hey @MyFDOT and @FLDEPNews — let’s get this fixed!
Florida State Parks staff are out in the field today assessing the state parks for damage. Through these assessments we’ve found that the road at Grayton Beach State Park was washed out during the storm. These early surveys of the State Parks are an integral part of repairing the damage and getting our parks back open as soon as possible.   Thank you to our staff who make this possible!   For updates on park closures, visit FloridaStateParks.org/StormU…   *** 📍: Grayton Beach State Park . . #FLStateParks #HurricaneIsaias

You know how every few years you’ll see footage that you’ve never seen before on 9/11 and wonder how you’ve never seen it before Well that’s exactly what this is for me Chris York is on a family vacation and most of his footage is on the rooftop of Liberty Court a few blocks away from the World Trade Center In it, you see clear footage of the twin towers about a week before the September 11th attacks. Beautiful day, manhattan looks great. Then there’s a long delay in his camera roll. When it resumes (1 minute mark) the north tower is struck. You can see the earliest first responders at the base of wtc1 - including battalion chief’s Joseph pfiefer While Chris is filming, the South tower is struck, and he recalled later that he could physical feel the blast and the heat of the explosion. In my opinion this is rare footage and perspective 500 feet above the streets and 500 feet below the strikes. Never forget what took place 25 years ago today. Love and respect to those involved, those affected, and our great heroes who saved so many lives. Good bless America and its people.

To secure our future, we need to acknowledge, as @GovRonDeSantis does, that Islamic jihadists launched the 9/11 attacks, and the presence of their ideology in our world and our country, remain as strong as ever. On this 25th anniversary, we honor those who died and the many who acted heroically to rescue survivors and comfort the families of the victims. To truly honor those victims, we must recognize the ongoing threat to Americans' safety and freedom and diligently oppose an ideology that seeks our destruction.
25 years later, the terrorist attacks of 9/11/2001 seem both raw and distant. On the one hand, the news reports that day have been seared into the American consciousness like few, if any, events in American history. The heroism displayed by the civilians and first responders who risked — and in some instances gave — their lives to rescue others from burning towers represents the American spirit at its finest. This is also true of the selfless actions of the passengers on United Flight 93, who spared hundreds, if not thousands, of innocent civilians from a similar fate that befell those killed in the WTC. On the other hand, the unity displayed following those attacks seems like a distant memory. America has since been chastened by suboptimal outcomes in foreign conflicts, has foolishly imported foreigners who hate the US, and has largely forgotten the lessons of 9/11. We don’t commemorate today’s 25th anniversary because “somebody people did something,” as one member of Congress has claimed. The US was attacked by foreign Islamic jihadists who were willing to kill as many civilians as possible in furtherance of their religious and ideological agenda. That agenda is as present today throughout the world as it was in 2001. Indeed, it is much stronger within the borders of the United States than it was on the day of the terrorist attacks. Honoring the memory of those killed on 9/11 requires us to be clear-eyed about the belief system that precipitated the terrorist attacks and the ongoing threat posed by that belief system. Never forget should mean never forget
