A very good morning from Ralph!
This was the view from my bed this morning.
When he first arrived, he’d nap and the slightest thing would wake him.
Now he sleeps soundly. 😴
He likes to start the day with some pawlates.

Is it Time to stop calling it “domestic abuse” or “violence against women & girls”?
It’s MALE VIOLENCE
When we identify the perpetrator rather than just the victim, we have a chance of eliminating it because we focus on the cause & not only it’s effect

One of my goals after leaving foster care was to one day have my own full size Christmas tree.
But every year they were too expensive.
This year, for the first time, I’ve been able to afford a 7.5ft Christmas tree. It may seem silly to some, but it means the world to me ❤️🎄

I’ve been told (too many times sorry!) that I apologise too much (sorry!) But some people never ever apologise. Even when shown to be 💯 in the wrong they can’t bring themselves to say “I’m sorry”. This is interesting on the psychology of not saying sorry. ideas.ted.com/why-some-peopl…
