無断の連れ去りや、親子断絶も児童虐待です。しかしながら国は、被害に遭っている子供達を放置しています。
最近のニュースを読むと、親からの虐待によって亡くなられる子供達の過半数は、片方の親に突然連れ去られ、もう片方の親と会えないようにされているように見えます。国は親子断絶が子供達に及ぼす影響について、分析・調査されているのでしょうか。
司法の働きで子供達が親の愛情を受けられなくなるのは、日本政府による組織的な児童虐待です。
児童虐待防止推進と言われても、連れ去りの当事者である別居親と子供達にとっては綺麗事です。この国の子供達に明るい未来が訪れますように、形だけの運動でないことを祈ります。

そもそも、澤村氏は「お尋ねの東京家裁の資料について」と答えたが、開示された資料の表紙にははっきりと「最高裁家庭局」と明記されていて、どこにも東京家裁とは書かれていない。澤村氏は最高裁家庭局長でありながら、当局が過去に全国裁判所に配布していた資料を把握していなかった。
親と会えなくなった数百万人の子供達は、いつか澤村智子氏やその他家庭裁判官らが繰り返す誤魔化しに納得するのでしょうか？

家庭裁判所の調停委員向け「改正家族法研修資料」。
情報開示請求の結果、大部分が黒塗りされた資料が開示されたという。
しかも、請求から約1年4か月。
なぜ、ここまで黒塗りにする必要があるのか？
調停委員は、離婚や親権、親子交流など、子どもと家族の人生に関わる調停に携わる。
その調停委員が何を学んでいるのか、国民が知ろうとすることは当然ではないか。
憲法21条を基礎とする「知る権利」。
司法行政文書は原則開示。
公開できないのであれば、その理由と根拠を明らかにしてほしい。
これは共同親権に賛成か反対かという問題ではない。
司法の透明性と国民の信頼に関わる問題だ。
